that safe is hard to get open and i need help on this too btw , i can't seem to get it opened i tried again and again but failed
where do i find the clues

i forget the clues but i know one is starting at the chair in the room with the secret passage, and one is in invisible ink on the bottom of the paper. i checked my code website and found the combo it is Right 36, Left 10, Right 59, Right 97. oh and u have to go to those numbers and u only have i think it was 10 seconds to get it. if u mess up then just push it until it ends. when u open it u have to fight a monster called chaos (i think i haven't been on that part in a while) when u beat him u get the key to the door in the basement and the Odin summon. it is a good attack because the 2 attacks it uses are
1.(forgot name) he appears and throws a giant spear into the sky which comes down and stabs the monster.
2. steel-bladed sword. he jumps does 3 swings and it is either a kill or a miss. good for armies of weak monsters u want to kill quickly

i gave u the code why do u need the clue? if ur talking about the fourth clue go to the list of clues and u will see 3 hints if u go down one more from the 3rd clue and press O it will say something like "u found the fourth clue in invisble ink. the code is 97" that is the last clue

you have to stop at the number, you cant go past or else youll fail

Don't forget to hit circle when you reach the number otherwise it won't work. Dial, reach the number, don't go past it, hit circle.

ja dont go past the numbers this is the most inportant thing on the safe, but watch out for the mini-boss thats in the safe(hint use poisond on him, also mighty guard is advised).

That safe is a pain. First time I got Vince I got a friend to do it for me twisted Second time it took me several hours to get it right.
The safe is very finicky, like other people have said you can't go past the number you want or it will screw up. Also, thought I'd mention that you can hold the button down to scroll through the numbers faster (I didn't know this the very first time I tried it, figured it out only after a long frustrating time of it).

Remeber the side you kill first is the side you have to kill at the end of the battle I think the purple side is easyer.
