Speaking of who..Based on this script, he was worried about what she was really thinking. He had contacted her and explained the situation before asking her permission. She sounded elated for her husband to be in such a thing as a..."Anime," Riga personally didn't know what this was and neither did she, but it appeared she mostly was interested in seeing him act out in this scene, cheesy or not. No doubt she'd have her optics welded to their media monitor back home, ready to archive the whole thing into her memory banks. While she would no doubt tease him, likely through reenacting lines from his partner, he begrudged whatever teasing he may receive back at Headquarters. Despite what they stood for, Riga could indeed confirm that there were those kind of individuals even in the Galactic Patrol, not that it was terrible, far from it in fact. But thanks to his larger body and how angular it was, the staff could not fit him into the fabric costume they had ready, so they resorted to simply recoloring his chassis to match that of his costume...Another reason for laughs and teases from his coworkers and wife. He was at least happy to have been partnered with a reasonable sounding sort, no doubt she was nervous as well and if she was, it would be Riga's job to make sure she enjoyed herself at least. With a warm smile growing on his face plate, he would turn his optics to her and say "I look forward to working with you, kohai." He said in a kinda audio tone, hoping the comfort he tried to lace into it would reach her audio preceptors, or "ears" as the organics call them. He felt lucky that it took place in a library, having it done here should be easy, all he'd have to do was find the right archival pad and have a discussion on its content with her, or using a terminal and searching up something entertaining, yet appropriate for the situation and atmosphere, could help greatly as well. He just hoped he wouldn't ruin this for her.

XXXCreme binged watched entire anime series in order to familiarize herself with "school settings." While she wouldn't admit it, the bio-android was excited: she had been a long-time anime fan. After all, martial arts anime was the only thing Fridge would allow her to watch if "it kept her from making a mess." She had never watched slice-of-life anime though, she was glad she didn't. As much of an anime fan she was, slife-of-life anime was so mundane- so basic. At least she'd be experienced this genre of anime with someone that would hopefully make the typical school-life-setting more unconventional- more entertaining. Creme arrived to the venue first, and found a comfortable spot by the windows. She's remain there for a few minutes before the large mecha introduced himself to her. She didn't mean to laugh, but she couldn't help it, "Oh my gosh, you had to wear the uniform too?!" Creme asked in a loud whisper, stifling more laughter, "W-we look like high school freshmen when like, we are too old for me! Aha... Ahh... H-hey, senpai... Sup?" The woman flashed a grin at the mecha, extending a hand towards him.
