The "View Forum Moderators" link has gone missing from the top of the Extended Discussion (at least in Firefox). A bug thread contains a suggestion that it has become hidden behind the subforum box (perhaps due to word-wrap?), but hovering in the vicinity doesn't work for some of us. Can a dev with the latest Firefox browser give it a look?

Maybe allowing more width for the forum path would eliminate the wrap, leaving space for the link (my screen is plenty wide, so that path doesn't need to wrap where it does).

A few months ago, some of us were having a problem where we couldn’t un-equip our kin (the animated one that shows in the forums). That seems to have been fixed, so belated thanks! However... today, I was looking to see the new kin next to my avatar and… nothing. There are no kin anywhere in the forums. Is this bit possibly glitched now or were they maybe removed for some other reason?

I did try clearing my cache, undoing my adblocker, checking “show all images,” and all that fun stuff. Still no kin bouncing next to me. (I’m using the latest version of Chrome, but I also checked Firefox.) I'm not sure if it's just me experiencing this so I haven't posted in the bug reports forum yet. Just noticed it a little while ago.

I have this posted in the bug forums but skill points surprise is throwing an error when trying to open it and then it takes the rig away as if it was opened but when I check my inventory there is no new item...

It's about the Star Reward event...feature whatever. I wasn't getting my stars but finally did. I had a number of stars 612 I believe it was. I bought 1 item for 70 and suddenly I'm down to 12 Stars. Can someone look into this is it a glitch is it right, please help?

'Name tag' items -- Gaia's Gift / Gift of Aquarius

So last time i submitted this, the only information i received was "theyre launching on the 15th of every month, otherwise we are working on it, and will release more information soon"
You guys shouldve had your name flair details down pat before releasing the aquarius.
[the halo, i can understand. its a new item, last ditch effort to help bring in the extra bucks for the month, gotta iron things out. totally get it]
but then you launched a new one, with no.. information.
just, 'hey here is a new one' without people ever even knowing when it was gonna happen, or that the halo was going away at all to begin with.
[i was at the ats when aquarius was launched, and lanzer mentioned to someone 'oh there is a new one being released today actually!' literally 10 minutes before it was released.. that is NOT a valid release notice]
but thats my 2 cents on the response i got. considering, it was closed before i could respond to lanzer.

onward to my actual post;

dont just bank on exclusivity - yes you guys have relied on it for a long while [considering the limited quantity items, and the chance items, and things like that]
however if the site is hurting for money, and if someone wants to throw money at you for the item, why not let them buy it?? [not like youre going to run out of pixels.. but you can run out of money]

my idea is:
- have a way to show all of the pledges, including a promotion box of the current one being offered
- show the end date of whichever current name tag is being offered/featured [i know theyre going to be announced to always be up with a new one on the 15th, but just in case there are more limited releases, end dates are nice to see]
- but when the deadline is reached, it goes to being 5$ instead of 2.50. that way you get 2x the money for people still wanting the item, they can buy it even if theyre new, or missed previous releases, and everyone wins.
[and have it available for gcash for those who cannot directly pay, that way people spend their gcash and it would be the equivalent of 5$ in gcash -- that way the 'exclusive factor' to buying it early is that 1. its cheaper and 2. you get it first, and we all want things first]
- this way you can have 1 or 2 featured name tags [so you can have one up for like, valentines day, as well as the zodiac symbol if you were to do the zodiac symbols for the entire year]

the only thing i wouldnt want to see with this, is you abuse the deadline and set it to like 2 days or 1 week on special random name tags
keep it fair, keep it simple, monthly releases are just fine, even if you have 1-2 items to choose from

Items / Re-releases / Gold shops

more specifically: re-releasing old cash shop items, into the gold shop.
i have a few things backing up my suggestion, so hear me out!

there is such a long line of item re-releases that you guys had to make a new thread for suggestions, and even with how much you guys are releasing NEW things, its hard to fit in all the items that are unlisted on the MP

you guys really bank on exclusivity, but it is a false demand.
i think people will buy things they really want from the cash shop, and you always say 'just buy from the MP otherwise' but as we have seen through the years, while that does work - so many items are unlisted, so many items are boosted so high even if they were a common item. and inflation of course has taken a big rise along with everything.

most items have a re-release timer of at least 6 months before they are eligible?
lets make it 1 year total between when its launched in the cash shop, and when its released in the gold shop

it will:
1. put items back into release
2. make gold shops viable again
3. eat up gold from the system so its actually removed from the ecosystem, and not just given to another user with a tax removed.
4. the items are not in a forgotten realm of waiting to be re-released or not

everyone can still buy their gcash items, have their exclusivity because they bought it and were able to have it and sell it and trade and do all these things
but then later on, 12 months later, everyone else if they choose to can also buy it!
the exclusivity marker being 'I HAD IT FIRST' everyone always wants that new thing so it isnt like people are gonna be like 'ahh ill just wait' because theyll want to get it NOW

thanks to the current marketplace having an option to buy with gcash, that sets a definite cash:gold ratio. just follow your own ratios for pricing in the gold shop based off of what it was in the cash shop.
make the cheaper items cheaper than the obviously more complicated items, but dont make it super impossible.
i wouldnt mind spending 500m-500b on an item if i really wanted it ! hell that is what people already do for their quests already, except the prices are always changing or not even there if its unlisted.

and for RIGs, you can just sell the RIG as-is!! instead of the individual items. maybe make them slightly cheaper so people can mass-buy them and try their luck
rather than just listing all the items that were inside it.
[but perhaps, have an item listing of each rig in its description, or something, so people know whats in it ?? but thats a nitpick for another post]

and if not back into one of the already existing gold shops like barton's boutique or the like
perhaps remodel one of the BARELY-USED extra gcash shops, like loyal's or mechaneko or one of those.
[or have one of them be like, for chance items, one be for paw items, one be for normal outfits, etcetc]
loyal's would be great for RIGs, and paw items in mechaneko!? i mean the name says it all <3 then the rest can go to rococo

p.s. you could have things exclusively bought for a certain time in the gcash shop, as normal
then move them to the cloud9 shop, so people who are angel subscribers can buy more throughout the time period before it becomes a gold-shop item [like they kinda have that power for the marketplace if it was expensive they can keep buying them then selling]
that way it gives people who are an angel subber more time to buy things and they can continue to throw money at you
because thats what happens when things arent exclusive, or limited-quantity, we can continue to buy <3
SO it would be: cash shop for the normal release, when its out of there it goes to cloud9 for angel subbers, then after the full year its into the gold shops!

p.s.s. one thing you guys might not consider is that you have SO MANY ITEMS on this website. which is a good thing considering what you guys are doing and how you make money. however it leaves people with broken inventories when they get too big.
this would be a way where, they can safely sell off their items and know they can buy them back without them suddenly being 10x more expensive because someone jacked up the price on MP, or it simply never being there again because its unlisted

- inventory management.
- helps inflation
- helps marketplace price jacking
- no more unlisted items

Then I noticed mine doesn't have the theme applied either, and I hadn't touched my profile in a long time. After editing, removing, changing template, it's nothing fixed the problem.

SFX Assets Links (edgecast.cdn dead links) Fix
How's the progress on recompiling the game files and fixing the dead edgecast links SFX and other related scripts for HoC? It's been quiet ever since the asset links were down since the migration happened.

It's been down for quite a while. Also, plans for it to be back in the Site just like HoC where it is hidden and playable as well? Last time I checked, this image pops-up even though its working on the site efficiently.

I know you all probably have an event planned for Valentines Day, but I remember one from a few years ago (specifically 2015) called Love Me or Love Me Not in the forums where NPCs randomly showed up and hearts granted on different posts I think it was? This was super fun, could we see it brought back some day?
