A snow covered forest located in a valley past Mount Hakobe. Named for its mysterious phenomenon where everything takes on a shade of white. From the animals to the plants and terrain, it makes it a sight to behold. Despite the harsh temperature, the flora and fauna are thrive in this environment. Unfortunately, it is quite easy to get lost here, especially in the midst of a snowstorm. Somewhere, hidden in the forest is a secret entrance and a long tunnel that leads to Llanarthen Castle. It is also possible to reach the castle's front entrance by navigating the forest.

The last time Circe rode on her broom as an actual broom...it was hard to say. Broomhilda was a fancy piece of magical equipment, built to last the ages. Sh remembered when she first carved her from her tree and gave her a form. Back then, she loved flying around as a kid until she discovered her love of motorcycles. The roar of an engine, the rumble of the road beneath her tires; flying just didn't compete with the experience. However, flying was a smidge faster and quieter when you needed to sneak away in the night. But you see, it'd been some time since Circe flew and unlike a bike, her rust showed as she wobbled through the air. The wind whipped her hair every which way as she accelerated upward, gripping tightly onto the broom to keep her balance. She wasn't entirely sure where she was going, purely acting upon impulse. Circe looked to the moon as its light shined upon her and sighed in exasperation. "What am I doing? I should just go back home and…be with Nebula…" she groaned, putting her face in her palm and shaking her head. What were they going to do? For sure, her best friend was going to jail, but how could she convince the Council not to execute her? And how was she going to explain it to Auriolus? She was pretty clever so there wasn't a chance she'd be able to sugarcoat it. So the real question was...how to help her cope. How would she cope with losing Nebula? The witch fret and pondered for awhile, drifting along for a few minutes. When the temperature began to drop, she shivered wondered where she was; peering down beneath the clouds and spotting some icy mountain ranges. "This is… Mt. Hakobe?! Why am I all the way up here?" She brandished her Thermal Wand, altering the temperature around her to keep herself warm. Steering clear of the peaks, she weaved through the mountains, approaching the inner valley. Here rested a quiet forest called the Forest of White; coined for being covered in snow as well as a majority of the flora and fauna. It was a beautiful forest, but also dangerous since it was very easy to get lost in. It was at this moment the witch recalled: this was the forest in her dream! Could what she was seeking be here? Circe dived down, landing safely in the forest, her heels digging into the snow. Thankfully, her wand was keeping her warm and melting some of the snow at her feet. Flicking her wrist, she would whisk her broom away back into the air and out of sight. "Let's see… Where to now? In my dream I followed someone, but…" There was no one here now and no animals in sight; in fact it was eerily quiet just like her dream. Wandering around a bit, the blonde couldn't make heads or tails of this odd sense of familiarity. Somehow she found herself at the edge of the forest quite easily, blonde grass peeking through her melted steps. Widened eyes would stare in awe at a dream becoming reality. For beyond the forest edge sat a castle upon a lake, just as she pictured. Every single detail from what she remembered was there, "This...it's real? It's real… I can't believe it. But...what is this place?" Before she could venture closer, her dream would continue its reenactment as a slender gloved hand would take hold of her shoulder, stopping her in her tracks. In a dream, sure someone could sneak up on her, but now?! She turned her head to look, but rather than a cloaked woman, it was a woman in an elegant purple dress who leaned on her parasol like a cane. Except those vibrant red eyes were the same, staring back into her own. "...You shouldn't be here...Circe Krauss." It was her- the same woman from her vision; the same one who Nebula admired so. This was her first time seeing her in person, but she stared at this woman with heated passion and anger. "It's you… You're Evelyn, aren't you?!" she asked, smacking her hand away as she turned to face her. But she knew this was her, it had to be because... Circe glanced back at the old gothic structure, looking at it from top to bottom before looking forward again. "And this is your guild's headquarters: hidden past a maze like forest and the mountains. I don't know what led me to this place, but now...I can take you down! " the woman remarked shaking her head. Yet, Evelyn quietly stood still and stared at her, making no retort or response to her. Taking a step back, she stared the empress down, waiting for something to either be said or done, holding tight to her wand. The two stared each other down, neither wavering in resolve.

Finally, it was Evelyn whose smirked prompted an irritated attack from Circe. Raising her wand, a blast of searing hot flames emitted from the tip, threatened to engulf the empress. However, with a little twirl of her wrist, her parasol would flick up and open to act as a shield, brushing the embers aside. The heat was enough to melt some of the snow on the ground from its intensity, Circe gritting her teeth wishing it was Evelyn melting instead. "Now, now. No need to act so rash. I believe we could talk instead of resorting to mindless violence" Evelyn attempted to disengage. But Circe wasn't having it; shaking her head and stomping a foot in the slush. "It's not mindless and there is nothing to talk about! For all the people you hurt; my friends! Especially...especially Nebula!" Requipping her wand, she would swap to her Destructive Wand for an extra kick in power. Evelyn reacted with such timing, closing her parasol as Circe raised her wand, and gliding across the ground and behind cover of the trees as a chain of explosions decimated everything in its path. "Nebula? You know of Nebula? ...How intriguing" the blonde mused from behind the trees. The witch didn't hesitate to fire again upon the trees, leveling them to the ground in an instant. Except Evelyn managed to avoid it again as her body was nowhere to be seen. Circe swished her head every which way, searching for her whereabouts. "...Are you just about done? We could still talk this out" the voice of the dark wizard would speak up as she emerged from her opponent's shadow. Quickly turning around and backing up, she saw Evelyn standing patiently as if she were waiting for something. "I am done, actually! DONE WITH YOU!" a shouted response would signal the appearance of her Mystic Regalia. As an arm equipped with a sword, the large glowing blade would come down on Broken Crown's guild master. ...Or perhaps, it would have if Evelyn hadn't summoned her own Mystic Regalia's arm. It caught the blade with its arm, a feat that shocked and left Circe flabbergasted. This Magic...it was...! "There's no way! You have this Magic too?! I thought..." "...You thought this was a unique Magic to witches, yes? Oh dear... You have no idea, do you? But I suppose you wouldn't" Evelyn smirked and laughed under her breath.

The Empress was genuinely stunned… Why was Circe here and now of all times? Her eyes flickered as she stared at the woman, observing her form. It was not moments ago she left Cleming, feasting on the locals to sate her bloodlust. The last group of men she preyed upon were drawn into her shadow realm where their bodies were "purified" of alcohol. After consuming their blood, she was more than quenched. She licked the blood from her pale lips as she began to revert to her original form. She stood in the shadows, staring at the corpses she piled up; a mischievous look about her. With these, and a small amount of her blood, they could be reanimated to be her servants. They would be perfect for soldiers in combat given their size. Evelyn was on her way back to the castle when she felt a presence in her travels; someone whom she wasn't expecting to see. Silently, the blonde emerged and glided over to this person, grabbing her attention literally. How did she get here or even find this place? Before long, Circe began to attack her, her rage being apparent and understood. She wondered what her connection to Nebula was, but also found it...ironic? But when their Regalia clashed, the surprise on the witch's face told her she still didn't know what was going on. Holding her Regalia in place, she would gaze at the glowing figures before explaining. "I wonder how this came to be? Perhaps our indirect contact has triggered something in you. I've been too careless this close to the end…" Evelyn solemnly sighed. She could see the rising confusion on Circe face, clueless as to what she spoke of. The witch applied pressure to her Regalia's sword, trying to break through her opponent. Alas, it proved to be slightly stronger than her own. "Are you talking about the visions? You lured me here, is that it? Well tough luck, I won't go down easy!" Again Evelyn would sigh, giving another shove to push Circe back and have her stumbling back through the slushy snow. Both of their Regalia would crumble and fade in response. She could feel every bit of the cold at her feet without her Thermal Wand, shivering a bit in response. "My dear...haven't you ever wondered where you come from? About your parents? How you wound up in the woods alone?" the empress asked. Naturally, the witch gasped and gawked in bewilderment. How did she know about that? Nebula wouldn't tell her about that- she wouldn't! "No dear, Nebula didn't tell me, I can see it on your face. I know because...I left you there. Though I didn't leave you defenseless, I left you Dahl in order to learn witchcraft. Since we were no longer-" "Stop! I don’t know how you know any of this, but you’re lying! Whatever you're trying to pull, I'm not buying it!" Circe interjected, gnashing her teeth. She'd heard enough of this! Snapping her fingers, she summoned her grimoire to unleash her strongest spells. The red leather book rested in her hand as it glowed and surged with energy. Yet Evelyn stood still, unconcerned with the impending doom approaching. "You have no reason to believe me, but I also have nothing to gain from lying. Seems you’re too emotional to reason with, another reason I’m glad we went our separate ways. All you would have done is hold me back- prevent me from making the decisions I needed to get this far. Now...I’m so close to my goal. So you can go back to hiding whatever rock you crawled out from…” Evelyn leered, holding up her palm. But rather than attacking, Circe would be caught off guard and grabbed underarm, causing her to drop her book. The woman would glance over her shoulder to see a shadowy silhouette of Evelyn holding her back. But how did she get behind her?! Her eyes drifted down to see the clone had emerged from her own shadow. Of course! That would explain how she was able to move about and get the drop on her. “Rggh! Let go of me! Let go!” Circe growled, trying to fight and pull herself free from the clone’s grip. But it was akin to trying to pull her limbs out of iron shackles, it’s hold being that strong. After a minute of thrashing about, the blonde redhead would begin to simmer, panting heavily. Evelyn shook her head and started to approach her once she began to settle down, likely realizing her attempts were pointless. It was; however, a clever ruse to bring her enemy closer. The moment the empress was in range, Circe placed a well aimed kick into the woman’s stomach; her eyes widening in shock from the sudden attack and pain that pushed her down into the snow. Simultaneously, the clone would weaken from the blow and release it’s captive. But...something went wrong. For some reason, Circe would feel a sharp pain in her stomach, as if she was the one who was kicked. She fell to her knees in the snow, holding her stomach, trying to quell the pain. Did the evil enchantress do something to her? Evelyn who was quicker to recover, was livid and beginning to lose her patience. “How dare you! Placing foot upon my person!” she glared at Circe, recovering to her feet. She didn’t not allow the witch the chance to stand before summoning a shadowy fist to uppercut her. It was at this moment the leader of Broken Crown would make a startling discovery. For when her attack connected, hitting Circe square in the chin, she too would feel the same attack. They both cried out in pain, the witch now falling into the cold wet slush. Evelyn held her jaw, staggering backwards as she looked at the woman on the ground doing the same. The look the empress’ face could only be described as...mortified. “No… This...This can’t be… Are we still…?” Lying in the slush, the witch rubbed her jaw as she spotted her spellbook just a few feet from her. Whatever was done to her, she could likely figure out how to undo later. For now, retreat seemed to be the best option; having learned where the enemy guild’s location was, she could relay this to the others. As she reached for her grimoire, her arm would suddenly be ensnared in a viscous red liquid tendrils. Looking up, several more tendrils coming from the empress would snatch hold of her until she was completely bound. “You…! I won’t let you foil everything I’ve worked for! I’m keeping you locked up...until I can figure out how to completely separate us...” Evelyn quivered, shuffling through the snow to retrieve the book. Circe watched as her grimoire was snatched up by her enemy and then as they were surrounded by murky shadows that began to swallow them. Until the very end, she thrashed about, trying to escape before they disappeared into darkness.
