It looks like the daily chance fix didn't work for some people still. We will look into it and have it fixed today or tomorrow.

We slowed down on the sales of project tickets for the time being, and will focus on fulfilling existing tickets as resources are tighter.

We had been working on a features that will allow Gaians to be friends with NPC's, and we will try to find more events to make use of this feature after that. Will definitely involve Gaians to help when the time comes!

SFX Assets Links (edgecast.cdn dead links) Fix
How's the progress on fixing the dead edgecast links SFX and other related scripts for HoC? It's been quiet ever since the asset links were down since the migration happened.

Server Cycle Fix & Suggestion (No Forced Kick at Cycle), Old Servers still available for a few minutes after cycle for progress save.
We had a DMS run where we actually has gotten close in finishing the run when suddenly, server kicked us all out due to the scheduled cycle. I am saddened by this and wished for the old system of server cycling where players can stay on the server to finish up their run, before heading out after towards the new recycled servers.
A great suggestion is that, when the servers are recycled, make the old servers still visible in the server selection screen for 15 mins. to save their progress and log-in back if they have to finish a run in that instance or just refreshing to fisx some bugs together with the new servers then after that, they would disappear and the new ones are just left on the server screen.
"Whisper Chat Jabber Broken [401]: Not Authorized"
Its been like that since the migration too, any fix for it? We can't whisper people anymore in the game which is very useful in times of hasty response.

Will it be back soon enough? I can't wait to try and see it again and visit again within the game.
Would be nice to have an option to do it again and the player can have a choice (like a Pop-up Menu) whether to do the quick tutorial (The current tutorial in Village Greens) or a comprehensive tutorial one in the Train. Also, the stairs in the Waterworks to the Train Station is still inaccesible.

The Coliseum is still the old 2009 Arena and is missing. This always happens during the Christmas Event, but that has ended for some time. The config file change didn't bring back the Coliseum at all.

Also, would the Bloodstone Amulet/Gem for Deadman's Shadow from back then be reused for another purpose? As well as the Bucaneer Boardwalk Full Ticket Pass and the Old Station Train Ticket?

I've combed through the HoC code base and didn't manage to find the SFX URL path config, so it's still a mystery to me. I've also combed through the system config with no luck. Sorry for the delay.
I will be making changes to the server reboot script, expect it to happen later this weekend.
Jabber error will take a bit longer to fix, as we messed up and couldn't find the old jabber server code. It will take some time to setup a new one.
I thought last week's fix had brought back the coliseum. Will check again and make sure it' fixed tonight.

In the future, if/when we do more events based on item donation drives, can you please include a search function and/or a "jump to page" option? For people with large inventories, it may help to not have to keep scrolling through hundreds of small pages especially since it appears you have to refresh and start from page 1 again for optimal function.

Our first attempt in organization with having boxes still needs a lot of work. Hopefully it'll be up to a point where you can easily sort and organize items. Will also try to put more donation drives in mind for future events.

Dress up/equipping items, and even the invo have been really slow for some users for years now, and it's still happening after I came back from a hiatus. Is there anything being done about that or any plans in the (near) future to fix this?
It's impossible for me to make avis. After the 5th item, it slows down so bad I give up. It's not my browser either, so many other people are running into this. cry

Can you tell me which browser and operating system you are using? The javascript uses a lot fo memory but shouldn't be at the point of slowing down a browser. I'll need to replicate your hardware setting to see what the issue is.

Recently I tried getting the Millionaire achievement while I had my currency settings set to Gold, and no matter how many times I went from less than a million gold to over a million gold, the achievement never actually was granted even though the window always popped up:
Does this mean the Millionaire achievement is just broken and useless now, or will it be reworked to grant when a user has more than a million plat instead?

It was a combination of heavy bonuses and discounts that hurt the site in the past and we're still trying different ways to correct those miscalculations that were took back then. People who have been pricing the CIs with new items ended up taking the decision to lessen the discount, but they appreciate all of your feedback and hope to make further changes in the future.
CIs of all types have ranged in prices throughout the year, I posted this in a CSU the other day and I'll add a few more notes to it as well,

This thread has also been following the changes in Gaia Cash prices. At the end of the day all products probably need a thorough re-evaluation in prices to take into account how costs, trends and the state of the Gaia "economy" so it's both beneficial for the company and the users. There is still a large amount of Gaia Cash on the site, so prices will change and slowly go down to reflect Gaian's Spending power.

I hope this is in the right category, but: Towns 1. I would love it if some attention was paid to Towns 1, it was my favorite place to hang out. Towns 2, while it has clean details...was cluttered and there wasn't much space. Giving it more areas doesn't help me much.
That only gives me the rallies to go to then. And there...well, it's honestly not as much fun? It's still much smaller than the space towns 1 provided. I would love having my old space back...

Sorry we still haven't found the exact cause of why the avatars aren't displayed correctly in Towns 1. I'll look into it further when I get another chance.

It's really offputting to spend over $200 on a new re-release RIG to find out that it's full of most of the same stuff I've already won from Angelic Harp 3, 4, 5, Stocking Stuffers, etc, etc.
Meanwhile, items have been extinct on the MP for years, or are so rare to come by that those who are willing to sell theirs are listing them for trillions. :/ I know some items are locked by tiers and such, but when I filter items by the little checkbox on the search bar in the MP to only show items with listings, and over 75% of the available items disappear, that's a problem.

I encourage all user to continue posting in the re-release thread, we comb through these all the time to put these in various CI's, bundles, stores etc.

Our focus is on the mobile app right now, but once we pick up development on Towns 3 we will let you know. Codemonkey is a great dev and friend, and once we have more resources in the near future we will ask CodeMonkey to join us again.

We do have quite a few things to work on first, from additional mobile features, to adding more HTML5 games. Guilds do have to wait for a while.

Yes there need to be an adjustment as well as changing of store prices. Sorry the migration delayed things a lot. We will push that out later this year.

So I was a little irritated I bought more when I didn't need to..Can you please fix the Lucky Catch?

Can you tell me which search terms aren't working for you? There might be some search parameters that need to be adjusted.

I used to work at a comic book store. I haven't been back in since I left. It's not that uncommon for it to happen.
And, just because they haven't been back on their staff account doesn't mean they aren't back on mules (or that the staff account WAS the mule). I know of a few that do that.

why does the new search default to OR? if you search for [NPC] cow it'll bring up everything that has either NPC or cow in it, and what i was actually searching for was back like 30something pages.

It seems like the new search engine default to " OR " instead of "AND" , and you need to put "NPC and cow" in order to get "AND" results. I will look into changing that behavior.
