Enhanced speed and ability - User with this ability can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips, leap across rooftops, and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little to no effort.

Agility is "the ability to rapidly respond or change by adapting its initial stable configuration", the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, bodily coordination, speed, reflexes, strength and endurance.

Personality: You know that guy who makes jokes about everything at the worse possible time to lighten the mood? That would be Sky. A hyper-active 18-year-old speedster, he was always quick to joke and comment lightly upon any situation that he found himself in. Often extremely impatient and impulsive, Sky possessed an inclination toward recklessness, to the point of jumping into situations without forethought—a trait which often put him in mortal danger.

Sky was also girl-crazy, commonly slipping innuendos and flirtatious remarks toward any attractive woman in his vicinity, regardless of age, or alliance. Upon the mention of assassin's of any kind, where he learned his techniques at, Sky goes into a very serious state where his eyes would change as he wants to quickly change the subject. The reason why, is because of their harsh way of training to kill and murder political figures worldwide. Sky left that, and since then would put on a new face, as well as his new oath to never kill as a hero.

Biography: Sky Maximoff was born to be a problem child since birth. Not knowing who his true parents were, he had been left at an orphanage in a small village in Romania. There, life was virtually a consistent war zone. Rebel and terrorist groups had been at war with the corrupt government, and the mutant and meta human scare hasn't been helping the cause either. Where Sky was from, the kids were either made to be child soldiers if they're human, or weapons themselves if they show any form of super human ability. Sky was stuck on the ladder. He got by at the age of eight by usually stealing MRE's for the starving children at the orphanage. It wasn't until he was caught at age ten and sent to prison as a criminal. There, his life had drastically changed for the worse. He would be beaten and interrogated on a daily basis by both guards and hardened criminals, since the juveniles were housed with the adult inmates. So if those who ever meet Sky see something off about his personality or the way he acts, that's usually why. It was until a riot within the prison had begun, where Sky would find out about his mutant powers. As time would show for him, he would be able to fight back and effectively too. He broke out during the riot, getting away from wild inmates, and even bullets shooting after him. He was running faster than any human could. After a while, Sky tired out, and was left in the cold environment with nothing but the prisoner jumpsuit he wore.

An anonymous group had learned of the presence of a mutant and began searching for the new mutant before others could get to him. That was when Sky was in a snowy peak in the mountains of Romania, he collapsed and awoke in a strange hospital. He was taken to a secret underground facility in Ukraine from a shadow group known as the Secret Empire. At the time, he hadn't known, but read promised to be helped in exchange for them studying his mutant powers. There, he trained in speed and agility, martial arts, and weaponry along side others who were mutants to be a death squad. On his 16th birthday, it was revealed that Sky had been training to be an assassin, as soon as he was given orders to assassinate a public political figure in Ukraine who would fund the weaponization and segregations of mutants, and meta-humans. He complied, seeing as he was at the time full of resentment and pent up anger from his time in prison. There, he would begin the operation, only to be stopped by a man with silver hair, and a blue/grey suit. The man revealed himself to be the legendary Quicksilver. A superhero in the eyes of the government, who basically fought for the same people who wanted him dead. Sky and Quicksilver fought one another, and although Sky was fast, he was just leagues faster and more experienced. Being knocked out, and brought to questioning, Sky had prepared himself for torture and intimidation only to be met with hot chocolate and cookies. He found it strange, but hw was very paranoid of the entire ordeal. After a while of not even being locked up, but instead kept under Pietro Maximoff's close supervision, Sky had given them all the information needed, while at the same time, being persuaded over by Pietro. The man had actually experienced everything that sky himself already went through. He began opening up more and more as he lived with the man's whole family. Sky would also help bring down the secret empire organization, along with Pietro and Wanda Maximoff. After taking down the organization, Sky had made his vow right then and there that he would dedicate his life to protecting the people, whether they accept him for who he is or not. Hearing stories of other heroes who selflessly gave their lives for the very people who ostracized them had confused Sky, but at the same time, made him think for himself unstead of being led by others. He wish to find the answer and would protect those who can't fight back in order to see the good in people. At eighteen years old, Sky had made his decision to move out and start to live independently, while keeping Pietro's teachings to heart. That was when he moved to Fantaisie City for a new start as the vigilante Blue Sonic.
