Abilities: weapons training, various hand to hand techniques, dog training, and other various skills gained in the military.
Backstory:Bella Greene was born to a middle class family. Her father was ex marine, now a sergeant with the police force, and her mother was a new professor at a university. For a while as a child, Bella was rather sickly. But as she got older and she went to college her constitution got better. After college she joined the armed forces just like her father as they had paid for her education. However, unlike her father, she didn't want to become a marine. Instead she became an Army Military Dog Handler. Over her term of service she helped to save many lives and to this date there has not yet been a better trainer or handler in the K9 unit.
However, after having to carry out an order in North City that went against her conscious, Bella resigned. The official statement is that she was honorable discharged during the second trimester of a pregnancy. In reality, she had a bit of a mental break down and had begun to see things that made no sense. But had earned enough respect from her C.O that they left that out of the report. There were also steps put in to cover up the fact that she wasn't actually pregnant going so far there being a faked document from a medical personnel to explain that she recently miscarried.
The truth is that Bella was in the affected area. She is infected and is in the process of transitioning over. With each day she loses more of herself. Someday soon...she's just going to flip and be gone completely.

Abilities: As a saiyan she has superhuman levels of speed, strength, durability, endurance, and adaptability. She has extreme amounts of Ki control in the sense that she can suppress her power level to register as a basic human almost constantly (even while sleeping). She tends to shoot small blasts from her hands or fingertips, though she likes in refinement. Any energy attack that she can employ, she has figured out on her own so her offensive abilities are lacking in that regard. However, she's found that the Instant Transmission ability helps to avoid fights instead of having to finish them to stay alive.
Backstory:Bella was born on Planet Vegeta before it was destroyed. Her pod was actually on the way out when the resulting blast messed with the systems and knocked her off course. She landed on a planet called Yardratz. Two people found her - a set of siblings. As they'd never seen a saiyan before despite all of the horror stories about them, they were curious. And seeing as the malfunctioning of her pod affected the aggressive neural programing network that's supposed to have directed her to kill and destroy, she was actually a very docile child.
She lived in peace with her alien parents for a good couple of years. However, unfortunately, that all had to come to an end. One night when she and her adopted parents were less than careful...she caught sight of the full moon. Now with their sacred technique, the people of Yardratz were able to avoid casualties. It was just that her transformation reminded some of the others that she wasn't just a pet - that she was from a dangerous race. Someone leaked out that they had been harboring a saiyan and a version of space pirates came to get her.
Turned out that because of their physical prowess and adaptability, saiyan organs and bodily fluids actually sold for a good amount on the space black market. Especially seeing as taking down a saiyan fully intact even when there had been plenty of them to go around was extremely difficult. Bella's adopted parents convinced these organ snatchers that had overpowered the young girl to take them on with her. They'd be able to keep her alive and her body functioning so that there would be a constant supply of blood, spinal fluid, and bone marrow. So Bella was hooked on machines and kept in a coma for years as her body developed.
Her adopted parents kept her alive but just barely. Right up to the point where they could escape with her and made their way to a backwaters planet called Earth. A saiyan, it seemed, could pretty much blend in with the inhabitants there. So after implanting some memories...and human organs...inside of their adopted daughter, the two of them used nanite suits to blend in. They restructured her memories to make her think she was human so that she could hide in plain sight. The multiple organ failure when she was eighteen forced them back to Yardrats however. Once again, Bella was hooked to machines to keep her alive and in a state of suspended animation while they regrew organs from her DNA.
Afterwards, during her healing process, Bella learned more about her origin and the sense of betrayal over all of the lies she'd been told festered. She learned the transmission technique for herself and moved back off that planet to Earth. She was mentally (and physically for all intents and purposes) an eighteen year old refugee from a planet that had been gone for thirty-six years. There was a lot to learn about herself and what she could do and she couldn't think of a better place than the Earth. After all, that seemed to have been the last place her adopted parents wanted her to return to. Something about the slayer of Frieza being there...she'd stopped listening to them in her indignation.
