Zomg is working for most people so this is an issue hard for us to fix. I will start a new thread to look into the issue.

We will be fixing the marketplace issues in a few days. Any lost items will be returned.

Avatar favorites should be fixed. If not they will be fixed later today

I reported this a while ago in the Bug Support/Techinical Issues Forum but I think that this issue might be better addressed to the Gaia Staff directly. The mentioned Gaia FB games (Heralds of Chaos and Monster Galaxy) are quite down and broken for some quite time now due to the ongoing Server Migration. Hoping for the fast response and fix anytime soon whenever.

Sorry for the long wait, we still have to fix the outstanding marketplace bugs and core features first, but I should be able to look into why they're not working by the end of week.

Are there any updates on the issue of people still not being able to access/load zOMG? And also why are some people able to play it and others not. There are still a lot of posts going about how people still can't even play the game and how they've tried quite a few things, but none of them work.

Apologies if this has been addressed, I haven't attended an Ask The Staff in months sweatdrop but whenever I log in on the Gaia homepage, even with my correct password, it tells me that it's wrong and the second time is when I can log in. This has been happening way before the massive password reset. Is there a reason for this?

Problems like this shouldn't happen, but I'll check on your account an see if there are abnormalities.

Currently our plans aren’t finalized, but we will be reaching out to the community once we have finalized our plans to follow up. Don’t worry, we’re keeping this in mind as part of our planning.

Sorry we're still trying to setup the new system. Our old search engine was no longer supported so we needed to make some big changes. They should be fixed next week.

Soooo uh... What's the status of the zOMG fixes, Lanzer? You said a week ago you'd look into it, but nothing has changed and there are still tons of people, myself included, in the games bugs forum who are having the same problem we have for weeks. I didn't even get to do the Halloween event - a lot of us are pretty bummed. No one's heard a peep from you about it since last ATS as far as I'm aware, and it's super disheartening to have missed the zOMG Halloween event entirely

Given the Christmas event is coming up soon, can you please make certain the requirements for the badge, 'Santa's Little Helper' are functioning properly? I attempted to open the Christmas presents below the tree in Barton Town last year, but the presents only gave me red error messages saying that I had to wait at least ten seconds before opening the next one. The problem is I received that message right away, when just attempting to open my FIRST box and it persisted with all the others, regardless of waiting. It would be nice to be able to open them for real this year to have a fair shot at the badge.

You are correct, I believe that original bubble was a user-made! Might be worth poking around to see if anyone is making that bubble!

I have been on this site for years. I think i was 12 when i first logged in. (I was a rebel.. Im so sorry.. :c) But, I logged in for like 5 minutes. I fell in love with this site. Your site, your staff, and your personality really makes this site coming back to! I can't thank you enough for everything you guys do! Do you guys still have those fun times back in the office? Like you did back in '09 - '12? I really hope so! I'm really glad that Gary is gone, (No bad mouthing to him.) But, this is the first time in 3 years I have ever replied to an ATS. I really hope you can answer my question that I've had for awhile. It's been asked before, I'm sure! But, for the moment of truth and the end of my ramble.
Question: Will Rally ever get back to its former glory like it was in '09? I know i'm living in the past, but I miss making the rooms in Rally, going into the party store there, and racing! Will Gaia ever do something with Rally? Please reply, but if you don't I understand.

Yes. To be accurate I'm making Rally in HTML5. It is coming along nicely. Lanzer and I just had a conversation in the new rally just a few days ago. I just need to put some of the features in, like emotes, jump to a friend feature, and the supermarket map.

We had a lot of servers issues last week and the limit was raised because people had trouble catching them. We will set it back down soon.

It's probably been two years since the Daily Stamps were introduced, have you thought about revamping them somehow? Maybe make them like a RIG of recolor RIGs/RBGs or even monthly mini CIs from past years, the last stamp could give the Super Prize from 2016 or even 2017 since we're already 1 month away from 2019 sweatdrop

Although the guilds know that the staff is busy with fixing the bugs after the migration, we still have the BBCode missing. Is the problem even on the fix list of the staff or are we just going without? Even a recognition of there being a problem would be nice. We're not looking for an exact time and date for it to be fixed, just to know that the problem is recognized and will eventually be fixed.

Ever since this server migration, the whole site has been extremely slow with loading anything, and even though there have been staff updates saying it's been fixed, the avatar dress up is so slow and unresponsive I can barely use it. There are still some kinks that need to be ironed out with avatar dressup. Once the remaining major bugs are fixed I'll hop on to improving the performance. Sorry for the long wait! sweatdrop
