Li Cabin posted here (Without so many trees) This is the home of Verine, Elmond and Sonora Li, located outside of Winchester, England.
The home is a large cabin-structure at the right and end of Martins Fields. To the south, Verine’s personal garden is set between the cabin and the house next door. There are a few strange plants with magical properties, but there are slight concealment charms that make them look like normal flowers. Tall trees around the area offer small semblance of privacy. To the north the windows overlook fields of sheep and farmland. Like modern muggle houses, it is primarily powered by electricity, although it is linked to the Floo Network.
Verine and Elmond occupy the master bedroom below street level. Sona’s room is in the loft, behind the bookcases. August currently occupies the guest room connected to the main floor.

Whisper, a very old parakeet, perches primarily along the kitchen counter, twittering occasionally; she’ll fly over to the piano if anyone starts playing it.
Charlie Ace Squawk, an obnoxious monk parrot that responds to the name Squawk by asking for crackers: “Squawk wanna cracker? Squawk wanna cracker?” If given a cracker, he replies “Hello friend!” “Friend wanna cracker? Hello friend!”. Will actually give the cracker back, but will also ask for another immediately.

Kieran Cottage posted here This is the home of Martin, Elysia, and Aidene Kieran , located outside of Godric’s Hollow, England.
The home is a cozy building built in a flat area just below a wooded rise on the outskirts of Godric's Hollow. Behind the house, the clearing that used to be a garden is starting to melt into the trees and countryside. A rough, brush-lined path connects the cottage to a more well-used trail. Godric's Hollow itself is about a 20 minute walk away, following this Serenity Trail. The Old Chance Cottage and Knapp House are about 5-7 minutes away, also along the trail.
Like modern muggle houses, the cottage is primarily powered by electricity, although it is also linked to the Floo Network. All the bedrooms are upstairs: Martin's room to the right of the stairs, Elysia's to the left and Aidene's at the end of the hall. The halls and walls are decorated with posters, some signed, of video games and an old TV show.

First established in 2019, the cottage was remodeled in 2041: The downstairs master bedroom was converted to a home theatre/ game room, and the upstairs bathroom space was converted into a third bedroom. Muggle utility infrastructure like electricity and plumbing was also updated.
A select few of the nearby trees are of wand or broom-quality wood, although they have gone untouched until the last few years.
All the windows are tinted and there is a minifridge stocked with blood pops and occasionally a small animal.
The wifi network is "Leaf on the Wind", password "WatchHow1Soar". Interruptions in service may be due to magic.

Yu Apartment thread converted to Yuggy Yam Flat  This is the home of David and Yarrow Yu, located in Hong Kong. The apartment is a comfortable if slightly cramped space for two people--the entryway doubles as the kitchenette and dining room with the bathroom directly off to the right. Just beyond is the living space, long enough for a lamp, couchbed and coffee table against the right hand wall and a TV and doorway to the bedroom on the left. An always-empty armchair sits underneath the TV. The bedroom is mainly just the bed over some drawers, but a board installed along one wall makes for a desk space, with the bed serving as the chair. Beyond the living space, on the far side of the door, is a door leading out to the balcony. While David keeps the kitchen and bathroom clean, the coffee table is always filled with clutter unless there are guests over. After her mother's death Yarrow took the bedroom; she is only at the apartment for Long Jiang breaks though, and most of the year the bedroom serves as additional storage. The balcony faces an identical building, separated by a narrow alley. The sounds of the major streets are relatively muted from here. Apartment 42 is a quiet place owned by an older lady and her caretaker.
There is no apartment 44 on the other side: instead, Apartment 45 is shared by 3 loud college students and their dog.

 This is the home of the Winchester Family, located in Winchester, England. pro scientia atque sapientia For knowledge and wisdomThis thread also serves as the other residences of families vaguely related to the Winchester Family, as convenient.
On the estate grounds are the mansion, with a pool, sizeable garden, and greenhouse in the back. The Siddall Estate is across a narrow creek; Sleeper’s Hill street is just down the lane to the south-west. To the north are tree-spotted fields, some of which belongs to the estate. Across the fields are Melbury Lodge, a muggle inpatient ward, and the University of Winchester.
The estate runs primarily off magic, although there is infrastructure in place to support most modern technology, particularly on the ground floor and in the ballroom, which occasionally hosts muggle- welcoming events. Access to other areas are warded with spells to confound and redirect muggles, including one that masks Kethia as a falcon; protective wards surround the estate, redirecting Floo and apparition attempts to the Great Room.
Hobby, the family house-elf, manages all logistics and the day to day running of the estate. His daughter Piper is a free elf raised at the estate.

The house was established in the 1930s by a young Eliam Winchester; an annex wing was added in 2019 to accommodate guests. This wing was later turned into the offices for the Foundation.
Every few months the family hosts wizarding charity events at the mansion’s ballroom.
The estate's main building was destroyed in the Winchester Massacre in December 2054

Kethia, Anthony’s auguey, flies around the place often, taking snips of food, pretending to read, and always being present in the most creepy way possible.
Dunce, Wren's cat, is always with him, and usually begging for food.

Yuggy Yam House thread converted from the Yu Apartment  This is the home of Ignatius and Kameron Hepburn, Yuhei Feng, and Yarrow Yu, located in South London, England. This is a small two-story house jointly rented by Iggy and Kam Hepburn, Yuhei Feng, and Yarrow Yu. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a small herb garden on the side and enough room for a car in front. Behind the house are one of the many parks in the area. The downstairs room has been converted into a study/ music room, and one of the downstairs water closets was stripped to make room for a book nook. Upstairs, Yuhei and Yang share the bathroom between Yuhei and Iggy's room; Iggy and Kam share the bathroom in Kam’s room. The twins’ rooms open out to the balcony.  This is the home thread of The Harper Family, who live in military housing around the British Isles as posted. This is a single-floor apartment assigned to the use of Captain Charles Harper and Lieutenant Juliet Harper. The apartment is usually near the military base that the adults are stationed at. There is usually a park nearby and a pool within walking distance. Juliet’s parents live in Cardiff, Wales, next to a large park. Charles’s parents live in a rural part of Shopshire county. Floo locations have been identified nearby both these places, and there is usually a quiet street nearby from where the kids can summon the Knight Bus. Muggle Address: changes seasonally.

As licensed firearm users, Charles and Juliet have a locked storage chest with 2 rifles, a sniper rifle, 4 handguns and ammunition. Around the house are also pieces of accessories, such as a scope or silencer, but Charles and Juliet are very careful that nothing that could possibly be used to assemble into a functioning firearm is left out.

Around the corner is Joseph’s, the local tavern, serving mostly the residents and families of St. Vincent’s House, a senior home and care facility. A smattering of warehouses and service shops (a coffee shop, convenience store, sandwich express, barber, massage parlor, and nail salon), fill out the immediate area. The area is, however, conveniently located: the Leaky Cauldron is only a 5-6 minute walk away and passes by the National Gallery Art Supply Store and Trafalgar Square.
