The security change will not allow flash on other sites to run unless you enable it specifically. We currently are migrating Towns and Rally to HTML5, while other Flash games will be next. However, features that are heavy on flash assets such as Aquarium and zOMG cannot be ported over to HTML5 because of the huge amount of flash assets involved in a conversion. We will be focusing on building new games instead.


The nature of Runway actually requires users to potentially vote for the same avatars more than once, because you're voting against another avatar and not grading them.


We still have our PO box (PO Box 612680, San Jose, CA 95161-2680), though it might be easier to drop by your supermarket and buying a gift card and using that to get GCash through PayGarden.


We will be adjusting platinum payout very soon. Things like first post bonus will definitely be affected.

There was a bug with free GCash contest where free contests were given out at the beginning of the month regardless of status. That bug was fixed, and moving forward the rules is as follows:

If you have not entered a GCash contest for a week, you'll get a chance to enter the GCash contest for free.

That's it. There will be changes in the future where other activities such as joining gold/plat contests or voting in Runway will affect the speed of which free contests are granted.

Adobe will stop supporting flash in 2020. As long as browsers support it, you can play. There may come a time when browsers stop supporting it altogether.

The boxed inventory should have no effect on the other inventory. It did when first released, but that was fixed.

We are a bit short on art resources this fall, so we might not have an event in LK. Though a new kin will be released shortly with the release of the mobile game Lake Kindred Origins.

Oh! No plans for that at the moment. Which since we didn't know what it was... should not be surprising.

Rewards can still be redeemed! Not sure where you heard that, but if you finish a collection you still can access the pages and finish it up. We should probably find a lil home linking all the pages in the near future though, whoops!

Once you log out, there is no way for the system to know ads shouldn't be displayed since that is linked to your account being logged in.

No, sorry we do not. It is a browser called Silk of which I have never heard.

It seems you may be able to download Firefox or another browser.

Well, a browser is an app. You can check your Silk settings too.

It's unlikely because of how many rings and monsters in zOMG have to be transferred if we port the game into iOS. Although with other platforms getting more tools, we will keep looking into the possibility of a migration.

Recolors have already been lined up, I wouldn't worry about it,

Our deadline for the migration is end of October, so there will be a lot work in the next few weeks. After that there might be a few weeks of debugging for the new storage, search, and cache systems.

Glad to hear your feedback! On the flip side, others do propose we have it scattered out throughout the day so that way people from all timezones have a chance at purchasing it at a reasonable time. We can continue to consider both release schedules for the future.

I'll keep an eye on the functions. Haven't heard of this bug so far.

We do frequent site feedback, sorry we haven't been active in replying but we had been keeping each other updated on issues from everyone's feedback in the forum.

Might take some time, but we might be able to do it with some CSS changes, along with a lot of changes for graphics such as the speech bubbles.

Who happens to be interpreting it that way? Would be happy to have a longer discourse with someone about that. In general though, no, we still do not accept off-site information as a means of issuing warns/bans. However, when allegations such as this are levied against someone then we'll review any evidence someone has and establish what might be the correct call to make given the evidence and the case. Essentially, if such heavy allegations will be made, then feel free to send everything you have, we'll investigate it, and then see if there is anything we can do to corroborate the evidence with information on Gaia.

We're not stopping at a PSA, I definitely feel there is likely more that we can and should do, content on the site we need to review, figure out as a company if we want our content policies to change, and more. The PSA is simply a good starting point that you had included in your thread that rang out as a really smart, and low-hanging fruit, thing to implement.

We are having problems with the notification system again where some of the servers would go down and things get backed up. Pretty soon we will be migrating servers and we should be rid of this problem. Sorry about that!

We will be making changes to the Platinum system to increase overall earning as well as adjustments to the gold curve. Yes we will be moving to a platinum only system in the future, but do note that we will keep your concerns in mind.
