VICE JOB

you need to be a vice to get this position as you need to be able to add forums if needed
i want to keep the forums more organized and get forums to look nice. you would need to have vice power to create a new subforum in the guild. and to move misplaced posts if needed
basically you will be helping to keep the guild forms looking nicer and adding forums as needed

CREW JOB

there would be a secondary position and you would only need to be crew. your job would be to move a thread if its clearly misplaced and also to work with your vice to create or discuss creating new subforums
basically you will be helping to keep the guild forums looking nicer and RECOMMENDING if a new forum is needed, recommend can go to vice or captain
DON'T FORGET YOUR VICE IS ESSENTIALLY YOUR BOSS so you need to be able to be a team player on this position

neither one would have to follow the chain of command for this job so if the crew felt there was an issue with the vice they could come to me directly , likewise if the vice felt there was a problem with the crew they could come to me instead of dealing with the crew member directly
