Beach Park is located in a coastline. Rampant pollution had turned what once was a beautiful public spot into a junkyard. With the trash moved out of the way, the beach became accessible to the public once again.
The beach park appears to have a pier with a small hut where people can hang out.

Toshuro walked out onto the pier and looked up at the sun as it was setting. He often came here as the sun was setting, a perfect setting to set the stage for the stars that would light up the sky when it became dark. This is one of the few places without city lights to obscure the view. He kept his radio at hand in case of any emergencies that might come up, it was sitting in his back pocket.

Waves brushing against the wooden staples that held the pier together rested a boy in a black greaser jacket staring off into the sunset focused on what others would believe was the scenery but really the pre teen was in his thoughts. ” would it kill them to put a theme park or arcade around here?” he thought to himself while remaining aloof till he finally turned to the side noticing someone beside him this man seemed to be different and quite familiar for some reason. Doing a double take the boy would look the man up and down once more before stating awkwardly ” I’m sorry do I know you, or could I possibly just be having some type of weird deja vu?”

Toshuro looked over at the young boy who looked like he was at the age where he’d be starting high school. “Well I guess you could say I am Hero, If you’d seen me in my outfit then you’d know me pretty quick. Nice to meet you young man, my name is Toshuro.” He said extending his hand in a friendly manner.

” I’d notice Pretty quick eh? So I guess he is a hero and judging by his features he’s still establishing himself as well because he’s definelty not one of moms or fathers friends besides he still looks young himself ” the boy would note to himself while observing the male before him then reaching out with his left bandaged hand that held a kanji seal meaning “Surpress” it was a Incase sealment to allow Akainu to walk around freely without people noticing his mutation. ” I’m Akainu, nice to meet you Toshuro. he’d continue after making a firm handshake placing his hand back alongside the pier rail. ” You mentioned youre a hero Toshuro, does that mean you attended UA or any quirk high school at some point in time.”

Toshuro nodded his head head placed his hand back in his pocket. “Yes I did, it’s been seven or eight years now since I was in the Hero Academy.” He looked out to the sky as the sun was setting, soon the stars would be on display. “ I’m thankful for the ways that they prepared me for this job, but I’d say there is still a lot I wasn’t prepared for. It truly is a crazy world out there and the villains are seeming to gain more and more members into their ranks no matter how many good hero’s come into the fold.” He turned back at Akainu. “I’m guessing your student in one of the academies right, how is that going?”

Adjusting himself towards the sunset once more as Toshuro began to speak Akainu would give his ear listening as after a few sentences the horizon would finally set in and the stars would now replace the sun in the sky. Toshuro was once a student at the academy who had soon became a full fledge hero and probably even the head of his own company, he also seemed to speak very well of the high school that was praised around the globe and how it prepared him slightly for his hero future but even Akainu was full aware about the dangers of a hero and it’s ever lasting battle between good and evil. Toshuro was cool for the most part and to be a graduate most likely strong although Akainu wonder if this male was also a top hero but he’d save the question for now as it was on him to speak. Leaning up to fully gleam at the stars the boy would reply”I guess you could say I am although, I have yet to start my actual first day. You see I just recently got back from a tour of the academy and I’m a first year entering the school year.” he’d mention while turning his head back to the male looking up at him then back towards the stars ”Well we can’t stay watching the stars forever can we, specially you Hero I’m pretty sure there’s probably someone in need of saving. I know I’m not in costume nor a certified hero but if you have any plans know I can hold my own.” he’d speak casually with intent To witness something interesting or worth value. It wasn’t like Toshuro needed him or his company anyway but it would be a start for some good hero shadowing. I mean other than personal Training Akainu had nothing else better to do. He wondered if the man would accept his offer or even propose doing something else. Don’t mind my edit I was kinda thinking of waiting for other created characters if they were planning on joining just trying to pass time.

Toshuro watched as the stars finally had their stage and shined brightly. ” Yeah I’m sure there will be something. But this is the time of the week I like to come here and watch the stars.” He reached for his radio and checked that it was on. ” well I guess I better start my patrol. If you’d like to come along you can, but at no point can you take part in a fight since you are not certified. Of course if an emergency happens I won’t tell you not to defend yourself.” He waved him to come along if he so chose, and started off toward his patrol area for the night.
( I will be making a new location to start the patrol at.)

Alias: Raven || Quirk: Blaze/Cursed Arm || UA Student: First Year || Company:N/a || Allegiance:Good Start here Toshuro was GAME it was cool to see he didn’t mind the young male’s company and Akainu had intent to make the most out of it even if nothing happen the knowledge that could be learned from someone in the line of duty was valuable ”Fair enough, maybe next time on my way home on this day will cross paths again. And maybe you’ll have some short stories to tell me about your endeavors. I know next time I see you I’ll fill you in on my first day and let you know how it went.” he’d mention in reply to his new found ally while still stargazing and daydreaming till he’d started toying with the radio that got his visual attention. Akainu wanted to learn more about Toshuro and was interested on who he could be as a hero, I mean sure he’d reveal himself soon enough but the young teen just couldn’t help but wonder with curiosity.
”Yeah yeah I know. I’m not certified yet, don’t do anything you wouldn’t do type stuff. got it hero.” Akainu groaned sarcastically but not childishly, In reply to Toshuro’s direction as even though he mentioned that too Toshuro he for sure long ago had threw that notion out the window He was here to participate. Stalling no more the young teen would follow behind Toshuro who would be leading the way by a stretch.
