Question about Obtaining Test Subjects
In addition to what you listed about how Feral Labs obtains subjects, would it also be possible for Moreau (or maybe just another higher-up from the organization) to make arrangements with wealthy interested persons for certain people to be sent to the island?
For example, my initial concept is that my character's biological father, a wealthy member of a royal family, meets with a trusted member and insider of Feral Labs about sending said character "away" somewhere remote, and mask her disappearance as a kidnapping/murder. Feral Labs would be monetarily compensated by the father for their efforts, and promises to be vocal about the company's good work and be completely hush-hush about anything less-than-legal going on.

That's a possible entry scenario. The only possible snags is whether said prestigious person was in deep enough wiht connections to Feral Labs to know that certain individuals are being "removed". Which is a VERY top secret at the labs. But it sounds interesting from that snippet, and as long as he had that sort of connection (maybe even indirectly through a different 'blackmarket/less than legal' channel).

Could you perhaps tell us a bit more about Serum 45? We know that it's used as an addictive steroid, but are there any other long term effects that you could tell us about? I just find that it's something that there isn't much information on, which makes me curious.

would it be possible to take... different... people for examinations? for example, people with special (disabilities/abilities?)

Is there any other use for the chips other than surveillance and shocking?
