The main area of attraction that seems to have the most citizens during the daytime hours. There are usually multitudes of stalls set up, selling whatever it is they may have at the time, with tons of places to eats and other miscellaneous shops towards the "outer rim" of the square. Yes, it's a circular area despite being called "the square". There seem to be beautiful plants which bloom only when the twilight magic is lighting the area up, and are otherwise closed during the daytime. A rather romantic spot for many, and an area for battle for others.

"Our compass points forever into the darkness, to where there's no escape."

"Even if it's a curse,"

It had been roughly five months since he had been back in this area. Around five months since he had been reborn into this world through the work of Hollow himself. Although at first things started off a bit rough for him due to suffering total amnesia, he was thankfully brought to... some of his glory through the work of Hollow and Arcanum combined. Of course it would take him a while to get back to his full glory due to the interference of Wolloh, having taken all of his old Magics, Weapons, and even his Familiars, passing them onto his most powerful of Generals, in order to keep Akuryo from challenging him once more. Although he was unsure why the Anti-God was taking such drastic measures now. Was there something that he was afraid of this time? "What could he have to fear now that he didn't twenty-one years ago?" the male muttered to himself, looking up to the early daytime sky. So many things had happened in that five months, that it felt even longer. He had regained some of his old weapon by doing odds and ends sorts of jobs for the miscellaneous gods and goddesses. Some of which made no sense (seriously, what would the God of the Moon do with a bunch of fish?). But if it meant working his way back to his former glory, he would not argue against it.

Although he was happy to come face to face with his two wives and all of his children once again, having a rather large family reunion. Then there was Alessandra, who seemed rather reluctant to join at first, but as time went on, she seemed to be able to open up more and more, eventually reaching a stage that wouldn't have been thought possible considering how the two were when they first met. It was thanks to her help that he was able to defeat and gut The Celestial Devourer, the Anti-God of the Celestials. After his defeat, along with the help of Alessandra, he managed to cut open the Anti-God's stomach, freeing the Thirteen Celestial Spirits, regaining his old friends and Celestial Brush once more, in order to borrow their power. Although one of the biggest finds was a disembodied head. Of which seemed to still be alive.
"You okay there, son?" a voice asked, seeming to come from that which hung from Akuryo's waist. Yes, it was in fact, a disembodied, talking head. But not just any head, but rather the head of Khemia Onigashima, King of the Titans, and one of the only three full-blooded Titans left. He was also rather intelligent about the world, able to give information on nearly whatever it was that he was asked.

"You seem to be rather lost in thought up there. Need to talk about anything with your old man?" the head asked, giving what could be considered a fatherly gaze.
Akuryo was drawn from his thoughts from the voice of his father, looking down at the head which hung from his waist. He still wasn't exactly used to carrying a head around at his waist, and it seemed that it was a sight many others had never seen before. He kept getting a bunch of strange, curious glances from everyone that walked by him, many pointing and whispering among themselves about the disembodied head. It also wasn't every day that a talkig head claimed to be your father, and you carried the blood of a race older than the gods in your veins. Or that you were technically the prince of said, nearly extinct race. "No, don't worry about it. Just... thinking on everything that has happened recently. From being reborn in this world, to the battle with The Celestial Devourer. It doesn't exactly feel like it's been five months. It feels as if its been longer." he male replied, rubbing his forehead. Just thinking about it was giving him a rather huge headache.

Although as he was about to say more, the skies darkened, seeming to turn day to night in an instant, causing the citizens to run in fear and the lampposts to light the square, leaving Akuryo and Khemia ultimately alone. "What the he-" was all the male managed to get out before he became frozen with fear. His voice stuck in his throat, and his eyes widened as he gripped his chest, an agonizing, burning pain beginning to set. He fell to his knees from the overwhelming aura that suddenly appeared, becoming deafened to Khemia's yells of worry. "Th... this aura... I've only felt it once..." the male said, his face slowly turning to a glare as he heard someone begin speaking behind him.
"Well now, ya horned b*****d, it seems you remember me pretty well!" the voice exclaimed, clapping being heard along with a laugh as a figure stepped out of a portal. If not for the twisted smile on his face, and his threatening features, one would almost immediately mistaken him for even Hollow. But that was a mistake you would not wish to make, unless you wanted to be turned to ash on the spot.

"And here I thought you had gone and forgotten about lil' ol' me. Guess I was wrong, huh? Well, not like remembering will do you much good if you can't even move." the man continued to speaking, shrugging his shoulders as he continued to walk towards Akuryo and Khemia. Although he held up a hand, setting up a barrier as Akuryo turned and lurched forward, swinging his fist. The excess energy from the punch seemed to blow back the stalls that were around them, blowing them far away and seeming to crack the ground beneath them. The twisted smile on the figure's face began to grow even wider at this, causing a dark chuckle to come forth from his throat. "Guess it's just like last time. Never learn, do ya?" the male asked, throwing Akuryo into one of the buildings.
"Oi, Akuryo! Get up! This isn't any regular enemy, nor is he a small fry like that Celestial Devourer! He's..." Khemia's voice trailed off as he managed to get another look at the figure. There was no doubting it. This was the man that separated his head and body all those many years ago, before putting him to sleep in that temple and hiding his body who knows where. Even though he was still connected to it, he had no idea where it was.

"No doubt about it... that's the man who separated my head from my body. The true Anti-God, and counterpart to The Creator, Hollow-"
"Wolloh, I know. I've fought him once before." Akuryo interrupted, getting a grunt of confusion from Khemia. The male stood up, wiping the blood from his mouth as he stepped out of the rubble. Thankfully everyone seemed to have evacuated the area safely, leaving this area open for a battle royale between the two. Although considering the damage he had just taken, Akuryo had to be very careful, and even try his best to escape. Right now, if this were a video game battle, he'd only be level 10, and this would be the final boss. This was something that he truly wasn't ready for. And yet, every cell in his body urged him on to fight. In his right hand he summoned Flamberge, a sort of blue "eye" opening behind him. "So... you're here to fight, then? Alright, let's get to it!" the male yelled, brandishing his sword as he held out his left hand, sending abyssal chains towards Wolloh. Wolloh just sighed and shook his head, holding out a hand and stopping both Akuryo and his attacks in their tracks, snapping his fingers as both the attack and weapon disappeared.

He then stepped out of the way as Akuryo tumbled onto the ground, causing the Anti-God to burst out laughing once again. "Hey, maybe you should stay down there on the ground like that. It's a great fit for a rubbish king such as yourself!" he taunted, before his face became a sort of maniacal serious, the twisted smile still on his face. "But no, if I truly wanted to fight, then I would have appeared earlier, and killed you in an instant. Instead, I'm here to... congratulate you on your victory again my Celestial Devourer. I always knew he was weak, but I didn't expect him to be taken down by the likes of you. With him gone, I'll be able to find someone even stronger to face you now. So thank you for weeding out my weak underlings." Wolloh spoke, giving a sort of mock bow before slamming his foot into Akuryo's back, causing the male to scream out in pain at the superhuman stomp that was set onto his back. This was almost like an exact reenactment of their battle twenty-one years ago, except much shorter. Was Akuryo really that weak compared to his past self? "Whatever happened to that "Warlord" or even "Demon Lord" personality of yours? It was a lot more amusing." the Anti-God mused, slamming his foot down once again.

"What the hell is it that you want if you don't want me dead? I'm not really in the mood for small talk right now, especially if my conversational partner is trying to break my spine." Akuryo replied through clenched teeth. The pain in his back right now was unbearable, and he was sure another stomp would likely break his spine. Even though it could be healed, that didn't mean it would feel nice until it was. Thankfully(?) though, the Anti-God decided to aim a superhuman kick into the male's ribs, causing him to roll over and gasp for air, finding it difficult to breathe. "W-Wow. Kicking an... enemy while they're down? You've... you've really... fallen from grace, huh?" Akuryo said between heavy gasps of air, trying to not let Wolloh see him breaking. Thankfully the Anti-God bought this, seeming to grow rather bored of torturing his victim. "Tch. What the ******** ever. It's no fun if you don't beg for your life like last time. Anyway, I'm here to personally invite you to my castle. Although I've... upped the security a bit, through the usage of Seven Seals. So good luck figuring that out, horned b*****d. I'd better leave now before my counterpart gets here, so... toodles." the Anit-God spoke, disappeared through another portal as the sky returned to normal, leaving the battered Akuryo laying on the ground.

All Khemia could do was watch as best he could, and also listen, saying nothing as the other two males spoke. Thankfully he had protective charms on his head, so that he couldn't get injured in any way. Although that didn't really mean he could still get hurt, and did it hurt like a b***h when Akuryo fell on him. But soon it was all over, and the man was gone, the sky returning to normal, although the damage still stayed. Though he was sure a certain someone would be coming to take care of that soon. "So, my child, mind explaining to me your history best you can in your current state?" Khemia asked, his tone seeming rather concerned. Akuryo continued to lay there in silence for a few minutes, letting his pain continue to settle in so his voice didn't waver as he spoke. "Twenty-one years ago, he and I had a rather huge battle. With Hollow's Blessing, I managed to corner him, but it seemed that he and Fate had other plans. As I was about to deliver the final blow, he ran me through with a sword. I still have the scar on my chest and back to prove it. Every once in a while, I can still feel the burning sensation, and fade out of consciousness, as if I'm dying again." the male replied, before going quiet again.

"Well no, I wouldn't exactly say it was my blessing that caused you to fare as well as you did in battle against him." another voice spoke, this time seeming to come from the sky. In an instant, everything seemed to begin repairing itself, setting itself up back as it was, and the plants that had closed once again seeming to open in the presence of the new figure. He walked towards Akuryo, standing above him and smiling. Though instead of the twisted smile like the figure before had, this was more of a calm, gentle smile. Like a parent might give to their child. The new male held out his hand over Akuryo, healing his wounds and mending any broken, cracked, or fractured bones he had. In an instant, Akuryo seemed to be feeling better and managed to actually get up as if nothing had happened."But, maybe that would help you out quite a bit. For now though, I am unable to give it to you, for Wolloh's power is much greater than it was in the past. And as you remember, you can only call on it one time. So until you take out his Generals, I am afraid that it would be rather useless." the male said, his smile seeming to turn to a slight frown before turning back to a smile once more.

"Well now, if that ain't a voice I haven't heard in a while! Hollow, my friend, if I still had my body, I'd shake your hand right now! But, alas, your counterpart has stolen it from me and hidden it only he knows where. Er, that's "he" with a lowercase H, not meant to reference you." Khemia spoke, seeming to greet Hollow as if they were both great friends, or even brothers. Although their history was far older and ran deeper than even the world itself. Khemia was actually much older than Hollow, though that was a little known fact which wasn't known by any except Khemia, Hollow, and his children. It wasn't really anything to be brought up in conversation that much. "Although if you know where it is, I'd be rather happy if you could tell us! I've got this rather unpleasant breeze that likes blowing through my neck..." Khemia said, giving a slight grimace as a breeze blew once again. Hollow only gave a small laugh at what Khemia said, before shaking his head. "Ah, Khemia my old friend. I do apologize, buts its location is hidden even from me. Wolloh has some tricks that even I am unable to see through. For all I know, he threw it outside Existence to float who knows where." Hollow replied, scratching the back of his head.

"But my short time here is up. I only came here to heal you and repair the damages. But there is one more thing I must warn you about. Your new lover, Alessandra Poe, is about to go through something incredibly damaging There is nothing you can do for her except be there for her when she comes to you, or when you manage to find her. Do not abandon her, and stick with her the whole time. I cannot tell you everything, but there are special plans for her. For now, goodbye." Hollow said, giving a bow before disappearing as soon as Akuryo and Khemia blinked.
"Ah, soddit. That damnable Anti-God, hiding my body like that. As soon as I get it back, I'm going to wrap my claws around his thin, frail throat and rip his head from his body, see how he like it. Damn b*****d." Khemia muttered quelty to himself, a bit depressed that he would be stuck as a head for a while longer now. "Yeah, sorry about that, dad. We'll try to find your body as soon as possible, but we do have other things we must take care of, first. Such as me regaining my powers again so that I'll be able to stand a chance against Wolloh again, instead of getting my a** beat so horribly." Akuryo replied, rubbing his head.

He began to get lost in throught once again as he thought about everything that Wolloh had spoken of. A personal invitation to his castle, but it was protected now by "Seven Seals"? What exactly did he mean by Seven Seals? And then there was Hollow's warning about Alessandra. They had gone their separate ways once they got back to town, but it seemed as if something horrible was going to happen to her. Maybe it was a good thing that he decided to stick around a bit longer. "Hey, Khemia. Do you know anything about the Seven Seals that Wolloh mentioned?" the male asked curiously, watching as the flowers began to return to their budding state.
"Aye, the Seven Seals of God's Protection. Something which only the most powerful gods can summon and use. Although there's a rather... well, I wouldn't say easy way, but there is a way around it. You need yourself, plus seven others. But the thing is, these seven must love you deeply, and you must return their feelings. Otherwise, it is impossible to break the Seals. And it's not something that you can break one at a time with a single person. All seven need to be broken at once in order for the spell to be nullified. But, many rarely ever find one love in their life. So many consider it impossible to break." Khemia stated, giving a small sigh as he began to reminisce about the past, and his one and only love; Akuryo's mother.

Akuryo could only sigh and nod in understanding at what Khemia had said. An unbreakable barrier to many, due to the nullification for it seeming to be impossible. One would have to find seven lovers in order to even think about being able to break it. Maybe "Seven Seals of God's Protection" was a very fitting name for it. Well, at least he knew of two, or now possible three that he could refer to as his lovers, who would be able to help him out. "Well, it seems that will be the only way we're able to even get close to Wolloh now. So for now, we need to focus on taking out all of his Generals, so that we can weaken him greatly. Then, we need to find out how to regain Hollow's Blessing again before fighting against Wolloh. During all this time, I can focus on finding enough lovers to break the seals, and we can look for your body." the male spoke, walking over to a bench and sitting down as he began to get lost in thought, having set Khemia's head in the spot beside him. He really had his work cut out for him this time, it seemed.

"this racing in our hearts is real."

"Never again will our longing cease."
