Personality: There is no grey area in the eyes of Justice. Jove is an overly energetic marine who is determined to capture whatever pirates he can find. He wants to live up to the Justice legacy who often end up in positions of high power in the Marines. He is aiming for the highest position that he could possibly handle: Admiral. He would be the first person in his family tree to do so and he also wants the bragging rights of those who think he can't do it. Jove comes off as the typical dumb blond but he is really smart in the ways of attack. He is most known for his speedy capture of criminals using both his memorable weapon and his devil fruit. Jove doesn't believe in morally gray areas and lives in a strictly black and white world. Jove has a very distinct laugh. "Nishishi!" When he's just feeling like regular ol' Jove and "Kukuku!" for when he is feeling particularly mischievous or knows he has the upper hand. He is very knowledgeable on maps and cooking. They just happen to be small hobbies of his.
Biography: Jove was born into a family of marines, all of them (to his knowledge) never deviating far from that job. He looked up to his father as he was in a high ranking position in the marines himself. He was the one that taught Jove everything he knew and even trained him early on in his teens in the way of weaponry. The end of his training came at the age of 17 when his father took him out to go "hunting". Jove simply thought that it would be nothing more than an endurance test and it seemed to be that way at first. But then Jove stumbled across the Door Door Fruit. Mistaking it as just another fruit, he bit into it to quell his slight hunger. Though, he found it to taste disgusting and immediately dropped it afterwards in search for better food. He only found out he had his powers during a fight with one of the wild life that he could not beat, falling through a door of his own creation and ending up somewhere else.
Jove didn't tell his father of this experience, of course, and instead kept it a secret until the exact moment he was off to begin his work as a marine. He is more determined than ever. Despite his low rank, though, he is more often than not chosen on missions that require a squad.
