Dear Dr. Dokusei,
It is with sincere regret that I must inform you that we have been forced to reject your proposal for Project: SANCTUM SENTINEL. Below you will find a detailing of our conclusion.
1.) Cost and Funding ; you have no Benefactor.
2.) Materials ; we're unwilling to disclose such high-value specimens to you at this time, again, with no Benefactor.
3.) Morality ; what the hell did you expect, Doctor?
You are the head of the Technology Department, Dr. Dokusei. Please leave genetic experimentation and gene manipulation to Dr. Lafluer.

Dear Board,
I am thrilled to hear my proposal was given a second glance! I must admit, when I was denied by the previous council, I was rather distraught and melancholy for quite some time, so this is just exhilarating!
Project SANCTUM SENTINEL has been put on the back-burner, however. Rather than create an army of drones, I've decided to focus on creating one creature of perfected science, technology and gene manipulation. Let me put this as simply as I can for you all:
1.) My purpose is to create a new life form that will act via psychic relay
2.) The life form is meant to be immaculate in every sense of the word
3.) Should all go well, the creature will serve as my ongoing experiment
The following supplies will need to be at my disposal at any given time, and thus I request my lab be stalked on the regular!
-Xenomorph carapaces (these are super duper important!)
-Reflective AND Reactive plating
-Metal alloy. All of them. Tons of them!
-Malleable metal - you know the kind <3
-Grade A Napalm
-Sulfuric acid
-Medical supplies in abundance!
-Human sacrifices. Hobos will do, but the higher the quality the more I can do!
