Have you ever used or heard about Craigslist or Nextdoor? Well, this is the place for the Gaia versions of both of them, both as apps, and you can use them for anything you'd use the real site and app for. It should be noted that for bigger events (a string of break-ins instead of a single one, etc.) that crossposting to the Event, Housing, and/or Community bulletin boards is strongly encouraged.

Please denote which app you're using and format your post like your character is the one writing it. Responses should follow along the lines of real usage: Gaialist replies should be via PM or spoofed email in-thread and Gaia Nextdoor replies should be forum/Facebook-like.
