I am here to ask for some suggestions on an avi I'm trying to make

Here's what I got so far:
Here's what I'm looking for: - Suggestions for a background - Opinions/Suggestions of the Hair - Any overall comments about how I can make this avi better
I like where this is going so far. It feels like a mythical monster. lol I'm not super in love with the hair, though. I think ivory or blond are definitely the way to go, but I'm not sure about this style (I'm not sure about the one I'm suggesting either, so who knows!).
My suggestions for background all hinge on how you plan to view this avi. Personally, with this color scheme, I think you should stick with a bright background. I gave two suggestions just in case.

As far as hair goes, like I said, I like the color; I'm just not in love with the style. Maybe something cropped on the side? You can use this one I've linked, or you could try using the Schoolboy hair clippers on any style to get the cropped side.

I like the side-shave style, it gives it a more edgy look. I like the water background, im just not in love with the sand. at first i was thinking of underwater backgrounds but im not so sure now.

Ooh, yeah! You could use . It's a little dark, though. might work too, especially with this build's colors. Idk I've only ever made one underwater avi before, and it was a hot mess. lol Let me know if either of these look good. oooh, omg I know. What about ?? It has the sun, the sky, and no ground~

That first one is super expensive, and a little dark, but anything like that in a lighter color would look great.
I looked at the Algebra recolors and i think soapy looks good. the bionic daughter looks nice too. i think im gonna go with algebra though.
It looks awesome! You're right about algebra being a better item for this avi - the colors pop so well! What else were you thinking of doing? whee
Im not sure yet, i was thinking of trying to add some jewelry or something maybe try to find a scale-skin item

Ugh i cant seem to find any scale items that work. they either dont layer well with the arms or with the tail/legs. plus gaia's tagging system is kinda bleh, so not all scale items are tagged accordingly.

Poo, I forgot about the arm mod. I had the same problem with a glitter skin just the other day. Are there any make up items that would replicate scales??
