Kekkei Genkai: Though the true name of the kekkai genkai was never announced or atleast I don't know of it. it was seen in the Naruto anime when the Twin swords of the seven mist came into play. A small boy carried crimson lit eyes that held the ability to manipulate chakra sense by way of casting what I refer to as "real world illusion".

The direct onset of this kekkai genkai is Genjutsu based and provides no subsequent stat boosts of any kind, just another chakra sponge like any other. That being said it is not with out its advantages. with it's inate ability to create false chakra flows by way of genjutsu the user can counter, scout ninja's tracer's, the sharingan's copy and jutsu prediction ability , and can confuse the delicate sense of someone with the Byakugan

Bloodline Techniques:

- Dissent
Description: The user creates multiple "phantom" chakra signatures similar to whatever the user wishes. turning one group of 4, into what feels like 40 instantly. Used primarily to lose trails and trackers of any kind, though can be used in combat to give a sudden sense of overwhelming pressure which can give you an advantage.

- Invisibility
Description: Using the genjutsu properties inherint to the kekkai genkai the user envelopesa weapon, or weapons in a hidden sense aura. The trick being that the enemy in question must first see you brandishing the weapon. such as you can draw your katana in front of them then make it invisible. same with shurikens, paper bombs, and so on. But if the enemy or target is unaware of them in the first place the jutsu will not take effect.



- Yomi (Underworld)
Description: A genjutsu that involves the eyes. If the user's opponent looks at the user's eyes, he or she will be casted into a genjutsu without even knowing it, unless he or she could tell when they are in one. This genjutsu can only be described as living hell. After looking into the users eyes the surrounding area disappears and a fiery dark land that never ends forms around them, In this genjutsu the user can attack the enemy in anyway. Though, a mastered Ranmaru User that has not enough chakra can pass out, only required for those of Jounin and higher.



- Kyounkan Ritsuzen (Assassin's Horror)
Description: An eye technique. Also, a Genjutsu. Once the user looks into the enemies eyes with the Blood Red Eye time slows down for that enemy it seems as though you are moving at a high speed, or the enemy has been slowed down.



Secret Techniques:


• Bounshi Sepuku (Eye Concealment)
Description: Using this the user can conceal their chakra and body, but as soon as the user attacks they are visible again. The user can NOT attack in this form. Could be used for stealth missions.

(Unlike bloodline techniques, secret techniques can theoretically be learned by anyone, but are traditionally only known and taught to members of the clan. Many of the clans in Naruto do not have true Kekkei Genkai, but instead a set of secret techniques, such as the Nara clan.)

Physical Characteristics: The only definable trait of this kekkai genkai is that when activated the crimson blood eyes shine brightly and boldy. though when the eyes are inert they are normal inherint to the person, such as they will have blue eyes by default if they so chose.

History:
Ranmaru has a kekkei genkai ability similar to the Byakugan. It includes penetrating vision, disrupting eye-based kekkei genkai, and a unique chakra particle extension. He had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls of his small shack and view the outside world and perform Genjutsu that can fool even the Byakugan. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyuga trait. Ranmaru's vision is also able to locate and track others by sensing chakra, pick up chakra from long distances, and notice changes in an individual's chakra. It is also able to sense how many of them are present.

Ranmaru's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers not unlike the Sharingan, meaning Ranmaru can comprehend any details he sees to predict the opponent's next move. This ability contributed mainly to Raiga being so formidable in battle and becoming one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. He can also see one's life force, allowing him to determine that Raiga, who had recently fallen in battle, was still alive,and he was able to transfer part of his own life force to Raiga. When activated, Ranmaru's eyes momentarily glow red.
Summary: Using the power of sight, Genjutsu manipulation and perception are the trademarks of these Shinobi.



Additionals:

Stage 1: Unlock - Chuunin, Granting access to the first stage of the kekkai genkai. This grants an enhanced vision perception and chakra sense. Thusly as long as the kekkai genkai is activated the user cannot fall for any genjutsu that is equivalent, or lower then their rank. I.E. Chuunin genjutsu wont work against a new user, though a jounin level would. Activation does not increase physical strength, chakra iutput, or affinity for any element of jutsu type. It's effects are passive:

Enhanced kinetic vision
Enhanced dynamic vision
Same tier Genjutsu proof
Heightened chakra perception


Stage 2: Unlock - Jounin/A rank bounty
At this stage the vision aspect of the kekkai genkai reach their full potential. By activating the second stage the user can see farther then before, and even through objects, structures, and all tiers and types of genjutsu. While escaping from all genjutsu is impossible by yourself, at stage 2 the user can contemplate that they are in one and avoid psychological harm. though will still be ineffectual in combat until released by help.

Drawbacks:

I know, sounds too good to be true. buuuuuuuuuutt Chakra.....and lots of it. I read over the new system and figured I could speak to someone about the overall cost and regulations of each jutsu and passive ability and activation costs.

Though I figured activation for both the eyes and kekkai genkai specific genjutsu would be a continuous drain of stamina, as being per post for activation, and genjutsu activation. or we could do it as a pay in advance system being that you pay a set chakra amount every X posts. so, activation chakra cost+Genjutsu chakra costxnumbers of posts=what I'm talking about.
