Personality: Delaney is a very quite and shy person back on her planet. She always had to behave and do as she was told, so as not to make a fool of her family. But secretly she liked to sing and perform music, her only freedom that she was able to sneak for herself. Outside of that she is very polite, kind, compassionate, considerate and loving. She enjoys to cook, though isn't able to do so much, unless the staff is not around.
Biography: Delaney is being secreted away from her home planet after her whole family had been murdered. Her personal guards were able to get her out of the palace fast enough and to a small ship before they had been spotted. She is being forced to relocate to a new planet and doesn't know where that will be. Her planet was being attacked because her father was unwilling allow their prince to marry his daughter. Her father had heard some not so great things about how the prince treated his women and didn't want his daughter to be put through that. So when he had informed the king of the neighboring planet he would be refusing to allow his son to marry his daughter it had give the king even more reason to attack and try and take control of their home planet. To say the least Delaney was frightened with her guards had slipped into her room the night the attack happened, actually before it happened, and escorted her to a secret ship. Though as they were boarding the ship Delaney saw her whole family, from a distance, being executed. And now she is being taken to a planet called Earth, to live out her life and see if they can integrate into the world.

Delaney sat in the living room of the home she had been staying in with her roommate Grant. She had been on Earth for a few months now and had been doing her best to keep her origin a secret. She had been enjoying her time on Earth, free of fear for the most part, and learning all she could with the help of Grant. She looked about the living room as she sat there with her legs tucked underneath herself and a book in her hands. She had been given the chance to stay at the house, and not worry about having to find a job, because of the gems and other things she had brought with her. Grant allowed her to stay and help by cleaning the place up and preparing meals and such. If they ever needed any money she would just sell something or allow Grant to do so. Most of the time they didn't have to worry too much about money, Delaney had made sure to sell some of her things before moving in, so she had a decent amount of actual cash hidden away in her room. Closing her eyes for a moment she allowed her senses to extend outwards, wanting to check in with her guards who were still hidden away and fending for themselves. She had been feeling quite horrible for how she had been taken in by Grant while they had been forced to remain hidden. And even though she knew that was how they wanted it, it didn't change how she felt. Some of her guards had been with her since she was a child, and most had become her friends, at least in her eyes. Shaking her head slightly Delaney opened her eyes once more and started reading the book she had in her hands, it was a popular Earth romance novel, and as she read it she couldn't help but blush when it came to the more steamy parts of the book.
