XXXXXLutkān is a highly talented puppeteer, having the knowledge and insight to both modify and control puppets. As a puppet user, Lutkān specializes in long-range combat. This, making it difficult to maintain a fight up close for a good lengthly amount of time. Even as chūnin, he's a notable piece in Sunagakure's military. He is well versed in terms of nature transformation, as he is able to use Wind, Earth, and Fire Release. He also learned several fūinjutsu from several mentors and jōnin from the village. Becoming quite advanced. Notably the Five Elements Seal and Unseal.
【Tyoga and Minari】
Lutkān's siblings and his most powerful puppets. After turning their their dominant arms and hands into puppets, retaining their chakra natures, grants Lutkān to their greatest elemental jutsus which aids him in battle. Modifiyng them to where both arms can utilize several things such as detonation, ninjutsu collaboration, even apply poison and smash targets with aggressive force. When he brings out both Tyoga and Minari out to the battlefield, Lutkān utilises what he calls the Grey Secret Technique — a name not unlike Suna's legendary White Secret Technique (白秘技, Shirohigi) and Black Secret Technique (黒秘技, Kurohigi) — a style he created all for himself. Both arms also have a couple of explosive tags coated onto them to where Lutkān can utilize his chakra to have them detonate as soon as that part of the arm makes contact with its target.

XXXXXBecause of his lack in taijutsu itself, Lutkān trained hard and well enough to make swift and precise strikes enough to stun an opponent enough to leave a spot open for a puppet strike or to create distance to regain his advantage. He had to make it this way, or else he would feel inadequate to lead others.

XXXXXLutkān's intelligence derives from visual learning. Having to only see it once plays a constant loop in his brain where he can devise theories and tests before applying them into reality. Because of him being a puppeteer, he doesn't necessarily rely on his motion speed as much as the next shinobi. However, his reaction speed is notable especially in having to adapt his puppets to change in the moment of action.

XXXXXHis journey starts out when winning a little puppet of the Kazekage at a festival. Lutkān loved the concept of puppets ever since he first held one in his hands. From that night onward he wanted to grow up and learn how to use ninjutsu as a puppet user. Thanks to the support gained from his two siblings who took care of him, it wasn't to far fetched that his studies and training would be simply for that. Both his siblings were older than him and were already shinobi at the time so training at a young age came easier than most kids.
Finally being of age and skilled enough to become Genin, Lutkān was able to carry around and utilize one of his own designed puppets which he used to easily take care and make good use of when going on missions. What he really enjoyed about it was it gave Lutkān options on the job, able to assist someone else or take the lead as a deadly yet stealhful force.
At the age of 15, Lutkān's brother and sister were jōnin and were sent out on a mission with the approval of taking him along with them on an bodyguard mission. However the sunset didn't go in good favors. The siblings were ambushed as they were outnumbered. The mission ended in a failure with only Lutkān barely surviving the assault. Only to open his eyes and see nothing but a scattered lake of blood, finding limbs all over the place. Throwing Lutkān into emtional panic attack.
Traumatized from the incident, he has been more quiet and isolated. Burying his siblings really put Lutkān into an emotional wreck to the point where he shut out a vast majority of the people around him and soley focus on himself and his puppets. Holding the arms and hands of his siblings, he turned them into his puppets where they will forever fight by his side and use them to aid him and fight for the village.
