I know that we can calculate inventory worth but can we get a feature that shows our most expensive items or atleast like the top 10 or 20?
Tek tek used to have that feature and I think its something people would enjoy/use a lot if it existed again. It makes selling things a lot easier when looking to sell a pricier item when you have a lot of items to sort through.

We will look into having a feature that tells you the worth of a selected list of items in inventory. Probably in the new inventory system.

Just wanted to check that there is awareness of new bugs since the April 18th patch. I do not know if there were any patches since then to lower the window of affected days, but there have been issues reported in the Bug Forum as recently as yesterday [May 7th].
I haven't seen enough data to tell if these issues are a pair or can occur separately, but symptoms seem to be:
-Missing some loot from the outerwheel selectors.
-Inner wheel does not visually spin, nor display the inner wheel item as a loot won. However loot is [maybe?] awarded from an inner wheel spin [found when the inventory is checked].
Also the 2nd refund tool [for the April 2nd thru 18th bug] was never posted publicly in a staff notice yet, but had seemed functional.

Are there any plans to update zOMG! in the future? Anything from access to other areas like Durem or Aekea or even the original plan of connecting Buccaneer's Boardwalk to the Isle de Gambino. Just something to give the old players something to do and potential new players something to look forward too.

zOMG was developed in Flash and unfortunately having to create more assets such as towns in Flash is very unlikely. We're looking into the potential for porting to other systems but haven't found a good way to do so.

Oh yeah, I love the new header, too bad it performed badly on some of the other browsers outside of Chrome. My dream is to move the rest of the Gaia pages to the new framework, then we can have quick loading pages and the header would not need reloading between pages too.

The platinum system is made to help bridge the gap between the different games, and we will be making more adjustments for all the features to have more similar payout.

Question: Can old event items like SIN skin, Overseer skin, etc be made unsoulbound? ovo I know a lot of users have them locked on old accs or plain just want to trash them, while others who want them can't get them.... It just seems kind of random since there haven't been soulbound event items released in years.

Sorry, I know that we had asked the art team to continue on the item, and I'm hoping that we would get an update as soon as possible as it's been a long time.

Good question. Not sure. What did you have in mind?
Something comparable to the box system in I2 Beta? Or at least something that would let us add private tags (not viewable to all of Gaia) that would help us sort items. It's just so much more convenient for me to see my inventory with the less mobile friendly inventory, so it would be nice to be able to sort somehow.
Forgive for hasty Paint edit... but something like this maybe?
I'm not sure we could add private tags in either system. I'm trying to code it in my head as I type this. The boxes were designed for you to be able to organize by category. I will keep it in mind.

Not at the moment. We stopped following our outdated one but haven't created a new set. Our new UI designer did come up with some nice design for places like the payment page last week that we'll start to adopt moving forward.

That's odd, I'm not seeing longer load times on our end. Can you try loading the tip jar with the browser's developer tool's network log and see which call took the longest to respond?

If we can answer it, asking again sure does help. But sometimes there are questions we just do not have an answer for unfortunately.
[Note from Platonix - a post at the start of each Ask the Staff lists a few different reasons why Staff might not have an answer for a question. If they don't answer a question, though, they don't bother telling us which reason applied, and at least one of the reasons allows for the possibility that they'll have an answer next week. So, ask away! -Platonix]

Any plans on fixing the broken quests in zOMG, as in the ones where you go to the NPC and you can't talk to them for whatever reason? I recall one of them was the "Finding Elizabeth" quest in Village Greens.
I can look into the quest reset feature, it should be able to reset the quest for you so you can start over.

A while back, probably like, last year, I had asked about updates to Guilds and Lanzer had said it was on the list.
Are there still plans to update Guilds at all?
Sometimes I have come across issues in guilds, but when i bug report it, it gets no attention. I'm hoping that Guilds aren't going to get ignored completely, since I still use them and I think updates can help them become a more user-friendly and well used feature of the site.
