Jace calmed himself pushing his emotions away as he let out another sigh and started walking back towards the class and stopped when he reached Aeron and he asked him if he was good. He nodded. "Yeah I'm alright" he said and offered a small smile. "I wonder what cases were gonna be working on. How do you feel about working with the Justice and Law students?" he asked figuring he should keep to discussing about class at least until he can talk to Kolya. They havent known each other that long but Kolya had become so important to him. He was the first person he met that just got him but he ruined that last night. Realizing his thoughts were beginning to drift again he focused on class distracting himself with the lessons. "Wasnt expecting to be have guest lecturers from the tsunami or bombing but I definitely think its going to be interesting and the experiences are gonna be worth all the work"

Jace didn't quite seem right, but Aeron wasn't going to press the matter.
"Justice students are gonna be more tolerable than Law students, I can tell you that much already. Most law students are....let's just say snobby" he laughed. "How many students do you think are gonna stick with this? I reckon there's gonna be like 3 female students left and tomorrow there's gonna be a half-full class. A lot of people fail to realise how gruesome this career can be." he admitted with a shrug.
#A2A2D0 // #12048F "" Brycin was sitting in the hallway just outside of the classroom when Jace and Aeron came walking back. He stood up, dusting himself off, as he held the door open. Very few students had come back from the break. He could tell that there was a turmoil in Jace but wasn't going to press the matter. It wasn't his business to do so. He gave a small smile and walked back to his seat from earlier.
Dr Torvald stood at his desk, half leaning against it. It always took students by surprise with his height and build, but Brycin liked the difference. He wasn't some stick-scawny nerdy guy in a suit and glasses, he was an athletic Australian with red dreadlocks, tattoos, and towered over almost every student in the room. Brycin guessed he was 6 foot and 11 inches or something similar. He was only a little taller than Kolya, who was 6 foot and 9 inches.

Oliver waited to see how many students would return and it didn't shock him to see only half the number as before. It was inevitable, he thought, as many underestimated the true gruesome nature of forensic science. Some students would tske sdvsntage of the online learning and there were likely students whp had not even shown up to class. It was going to be an interesting term.
"Alright, let's continue the lesson with the videos and interviews. You can tale notes if you want, but it isn't required." he stated after s few moments if waiting.
Jace listened as he explained how the law students were worse. "Great"he said with an eyeroll."Honestly I agree. I'm sure most of the class wont even be coming back after break. Guaranteed its going to be half if not a third of the class left by the end of the semester" he knew this career was just as difficult as the medical field and law. He walked with him back into the classroom and back to their table dropping his backpack and sitting down reaching down to grab his pen and notebook. For now he just needed to focus on classes and he had to keep his emotions in check so he didnt lose control like last night. He took a quiet deep breath and focused on the videos and taking notes.
#A2A2D0 // #12048F "" Brycin and Aeron waited for Jace to come back, walking with him to the table to continue the lesson. Kolya was nowhere to be seen, his aura on the far reaches of Brycin's mind. Looking around the room, there were so few students compared to before. He couldn't understand how people could enroll into something without thinking it through, without looking for all of the information. This was a relatively gruesome course for a degree and career that involved a lot of death. It wasn't for the faint of heart.
"Surely some Law students won't be that bad, and they are going to be the ones we work with more than Justice students," he admitted.

Aeron followed the others and sat down, uninterested in taking notes. After being told some of the classes would be online, he figured he could sleep in some days and catch up by the evening. Not every time, maybe just Mondays. He nodded when Brycin mentioned not all law students were bad, he wasn't wrong, but the majority made life difficult by being stuck-up. Hopefully if they got a group project where they were put with a law student, their person wasn't going to be a pain. He only really knew about the personality of those who took Justice as a minor, good people in his mind, but perhaps the major students were just as bad (if not worse) than the law majors.

Oliver heard the bell go off and turned the screen projector off. He dismissed the students and watched the few who had returned scurry off for lunch. He wondered how many students would hold out until the end of the term, let alone the year. He, like most teachers, would remain in the classroom for a few minutes at the end of the class to answer questions.
