Q: How Do I Become A Staff Member?
A: Post in the guild - Play free games and prize games, chat with others, offer suggestions in the suggestion box, make sure that when you quote someone that you do it correctly as much as possible, go through the guild's pages that are available to members - post in the post-able threads, check out our affiliates, make/help make a game(s), donate to the guild, help monitor a game(s), help judge a game(s) without poll votes, help with the news page/other threads, pm the staff about why you think that you'd make a qualified candidate for staff, and anything else that you think would be helpful to the guild. Be on Gaia and be available in the guild as much as humanly possible (we do understand that everyone has lives and that things come up) but members will need to know that you can be there for them, if they need you either for games or to answer questions whether through quotes or p.m.'s. If you're going on vacation, sick, or something personal has come up and can't be here for quite sometime, let us know. It's the best way for us to help you achieve your goal to become a staff member.
We do ask that unless you have been personally invited to be a staff member that you do not ask to be a staff member as soon as you've joined the guild. Please, familiarize yourself with the guild rules, the guild, our guild affiliates, the members, and staff first.
