Most recently in Sims 4 I made a teen sim who lives alone. I'm planning to make him go to college and get a job. He'll get a boyfriend at some point but right now he only knows Cassandra Goth. lol
I'm not sure if I feel like playing with him, though. I might need to google a challenge and find something new.
