The bell rang and it was time for everyone to head to physical education. Justin sprang up from his desk with a happy grin.
"Basketball" he rubbed his hands together
Cloud get up from her desk slowly.
Griffith placed his hand softly at her elbow and and guided her out of her seat. She smiled a bit sheepishly. He whispered something into her ear and she nodded. She turned to look behind at Kiyanna.
She was being further buried in girls who wanted to know more about her.
"Hey kid" Cloud said "Where are you going next?"
Leila bit her cheek in frustration when Cree dismissed her. When Cloud called for the new girl an idea dawned on her. She bumped into clouds shoulder which knocked cloud forward a bit.
"Maybe Kiyanna?" she smiled "doesnt want to bother with you, ugly. I can take her to her next class"
Griffith had caught cloud easily with his arm. Justin stuck his hand out and shoved Leila backwards hard. She stumbled and fell onto her butt. He glared piercingly at her. He stomped forward as if he were going to step on her.
Cloud stretched out over the desk and grasped his shirt. She shook her head at him and let go when he softly batted her hand away.
"Basketball" cloud said "thats what you get all hot in the pants for?"
The three of them walked out of the classroom together.

Kiyanna watched as a couple of Leila's girls helped her up. Behind them Sam laughed hysterically, pointing at Leila and nudging Cree as as he watched Kiyanna, his eyes burrowing into her as if to say 'you're move, I'm waiting'. As Leila stood between them Kiyanna made eye contact with her.
"Maybe you can tell me what your problem is with her on our way to next period?" Kiyanna suggested as Leila gave a myschevious grin. As she stepped around Kiyanna, Kiyanna could see Cree purse his lips together. "And why he doesn't give you the time of day." Cree looked down, arms crossed as Sam was quiet for once, his mouth dropped open, looking from Cree to the girls and back.
"Dude, you're new girl is running away with ex death bunny." Sam heckled Cree.
"Shut up a** hole." Cree mumbled as Leila led Kiyanna to the locker room, strutting herself as if on an imaginary high horse. Kiyanna looked over her shoulder at Cree one last time before the door shut behind them. His brow was furrowed as Sam pushed him toward the door, a hand on each shoulder.
In the girls locker room Kiyanna saw Cloud and felt a bit more relaxed, she hadn't heard a word Leila had said other than something about Cloud being a tom boy as a way to steal all the boys attention, and something about how she had dibs on Cree because he'd won one of the fights before. Something about Leila rubbed Kiyanna the wrong way.
"Did you say we're playing basketball today?" Kiyanna asked Cloud while Leila continued to word vomit, only stopping to realize Kiyanna was speaking to Cloud and not her.

"Thats what the boys are doing so we might" Cloud said "its not always the same"
Cloud slipped her shirt up over her head and then tossed it into her locker. Her boobs looked far bigger now that she wasn't wearing such a baggy shirt. Her skin was nice as well except for a few very prominent scars.
"Ugly I told you we didn't need to see that s**t" Leila touted
Clouds eyes turned cold as she stared straight into Leila's eyes. Her lips turned into a deep scowl. Her hands shook as she broke eye contact and slid her PE shirt on.
The other girls in the locker room turned away from cloud and continued getting dressed. Leila had been frozen but then she glanced around the room. She huffed in the silence.
Cloud finished changing the rest of the way and left the locker room. The other girls turned to Leila with hands on their hips.
"One of these days she's going to kill you" a girl warned "and none of us can stop her. She's powerful Leila."
"You're all just chicken shits" Leila cried crocodile tears

Kiyanna took a step back as Cloud reacted defensivly, she nearly tripped over one of Leila's girls. She vowed to never get on Cloud's bad side and wondered if she had any girl friends or if only the guys could handle her rough side.
Leila's babbling and tugging on Kiyanna's arm distracted her as she changed. "Honey, I'm not you're pillow, don't come crying to me every time someone is mean to you." Kiyanna tried calling on her inner Cloud but this just made Leila's tears grow bigger and tug harder on her elbow, nearly begging for attention as Kiyanna wondered why this girl needed so much attention.
"Then don't come crying to me when Cree denies you." Leila sobbed as her two loyal followers whispered compliments in her ears.
Kiyanna finished changing and made her way out the same way as Cloud, finding her in the gym. "Wont your boobs hurt without a sports bra?" She asked Cloud.

Cloud chuckled and covered her face looking slightly up.
"I forgot. I was so mad" she let out a deep breath "im not participating today anyway. So guess its ok"
The PE teacher shouted loud enough for the whole gym to echo.
"line up!"
He was a muscular man, more fit to be a drill sergeant. His shirt was a white wife beater and his shorts had the school panther on them. He walked down the line taking roll. He paused when he got to Kiyanna.
"Who are you gunna be I wonder" he grumbled
"Warm up" he shouted
They started stretching and doing jumping jacks. When that was done it was time to start playing basketball just like the boys. Cloud took a seat on the bleachers to watch. Leila and and some other girls stood around and cheered the boys on instead. The remaining girls desperately tried to play basketball using half the court.

Cree and Sam were the more athletic of the boys despite having no desire to participate in school sports. They occasionally would pants each other while running down the cort, Sam winking at Leila as he pulled at Cree's sports shorts. Leila jumped more animated as Kiyanna rolled her eyes. Half the girls weren't even really playing, simply handing the ball to the girls who seriously wanted to play.
Tio and Hector managed to make it onto the bleachers near Cloud. To stoned to run without tripping over their own feet. Kiyanna managed to face plant on the floor, although it seemed like a competative girl tripped her. Kiyanna was told to sit next to Cloud as her nose bled from the fall.
"I like the war paint," Hector chuckled. "But isn't it your p***y supposed to bleed?" Tio added as Hector laughed so hard he couldn't breath.
"I can make your p***y bleed." Kiyanna suggested. This time Cree could be heard laughing at her comment from across the court.
"I think he prefers a**l." Cree shouted from across the court, Sam howled, Kiyanna joined in the laughter.

Cloud had been watching Justin and Griffith tear apart the court. Griffith had good footwork and could pass while Justin could shoot from practically anywhere on the court. Even while Cree and Sam messed around they still helped to keep the game going strong. A few words passed across the court and then laughter erupted.
Cloud was doubled over holding her sides. Her breathing sounded strained and then she started coughing. She was smiling but it looked like it hurt.
Griffith dropped the ball and went to check on her. Justin crossed his arms and looked away only peeking slightly. He saw Griffith hold her against his chest and his cheeks flushed.
"Alright Alright everybody back to their games" Mr sergeant growled
Someone tossed the ball to Justin. He tossed it toward the hoop unceremoniously. It bounced off the rim and missed. Griffith caught it and purposely knocked him in the head with it.
Cloud was still on the bleachers with Kiyanna but calm now. She smiled hugely.
"Better watch it Hector. She's got a smart mouth" Cloud chuckled raspy.

"But does she have a smart tongue?" Hector asked.
"That's for me to figure out." Cree shouted as he attempted a shot only to have Justin smack the ball away from the basket.
Kiyanna rolled her eyes as she listened to Cloud breath. "You okay?" She asked. "Asthma or broken ribs?" She continued with the questions. "Is he your boyfriend?" Her face turned red as she realized she hadn't given Cloud time to reply.
Meanwhile Leila and her two followers were trying to distract Justin, Sam and Cree with no real luck. Kiyanna was suprised to see the PE teacher soaking in them flaunting their bodies.

"Im just fine. Laughed to hard. Hes more like a over protective brother" she answered.
Cloud rolled her eyes watching the sluts dance around. Justin scored the last basket winning the game. He pumped his arms at his side and jumped up and down a few times. He hugged Griffith real quick then continued on partying all the way to the locker room.
"Lunch is next" cloud told Kiyanna
She got up off the bleacher bench.
"Your nose ok now?" she asked

"Oh yea, it's dried up." Kiyanna pulled the kleenex away. "I just didn't feel like being near Leila." She watched as the cheer sluts flirted with every guy as they dissapeared into the boys locker room. As Sam and Cree approached, Leila blocked the way till the PE teacher ordered her aside, causing her to seak out a new target, Kiyanna and Cloud. "Speak of the devil..." Kiyanna rolled her eyes as Leila walked up to the bleachers.
"Come sit with us at lunch." Leila ordered.
"I'm good." Kiyanna followed Cloud off the bleachers.
"So you like butch girls?" Leila crossed her arms as Cloud and Kiyanna started to walk away. "To bad, I could have shown you what Cree likes." Kiyanna turned for a second but as she saw the narrowing of Leila's eye and her crooked smile, she knew it was a waist of a response. Kiyanna followed Cloud to the cafeteria after they changed.
The cafeteria had been noisy till Cloud and Kiyanna walked in then the voices turned to murmurs.

Cloud took a look around the cafeteria for a moment before heading toward the back door.
"Food lines over there" she pointed out the obvious "The boys are probably outside already. We don't hang in here ever. Foods crap."
She guided her out the door without even giving her the option of trying it. The guys were against a nearby wall. Justin was squatting down and Griffith was leaning against the wall with his shoulders.
Cree and Sam were sitting on the top of the old wooden table with their feet on the seat. They smiled at Kiyanna.
"Anybody got somethin?" Cloud asked "no?"
Griffith shook his head no and Justin shrugged. Even Cree and Sam didn't have a lunch.
"The usual place after school then?" she stated "See what we can snatch"
She sat on the edge of the table with her feet hanging down. She was facing the wall where her boys were.
