Sitting cross legged, his brutish arms folded in front of him. The sea gorilla would stare intently toward the back and forth dispute going on around him. His attention would turn to Captain Pendragon whom also seemed deep in thought. While the final decision was not up to him, he could weight in on the Commodore's behalf. With a long sigh the marine captain would empty out his lounges of nicotine smoke. His eyes shifting from Kadma to Jazpar then back again. Ashing his cigar, the brute would speak.
"Have you both already forgotten the state of our communications network?"
"We aren't fit to do battle with any type of foe while are provisions are in this state." Looking back toward Captain Cain. "I'm sure my father wouldn't mind you going back home, In fact." Sternly pouring himself a cup of sake, Daud would take a long silence before continuing his sentence. "In fact. Restoring Marineford to it's former great self should be our primary objective."
Captain Turnbull would say, in the wake of the chaos caused here 12 months the Marine's lost a plethora of good men, One of those men being Commodore Lipeng whom Daud worked with on many occasions, during the rebuilding process, The Marine ranks where spread thin, as events in the New World reached catastrophic proportions, G-1 had no men to spare. Leaving those stationed at Marineford to fend for themselves. "God Damn It~!" Daud would shout swinging his massive arm around, sending the sake bottle flying across the room. Smashing into pieces against the newly constructed walls of the meeting room. Terrifying the Seamen Recruits they had posted as guards Daud's frustration with the situation showed. "First they abandon us, then reprimand us for not meeting the standards they didn't provide us with in the first place!" The room would go dead quiet, each man understanding the magnitude of the situation, allowing The Captain to regain his composure. "I believe our best course of action, is for each captain to return to the seas they know best, and re-supply their garrisons. When My father gets here, I want to present him with a show of force big enough to send a message." The Pound-Pound man would say his face now red from alcohol consumption. But his trained mind remained right on his shoulders, a little poison like this could never effect him.
Kadma listened as her lieutenant entered. Not moving her head but raising her hand as if to tell her to wait as she whispered asking about what has been discussed already. Cain spoke, explaining the situation in the South Blue and Kadma nodded. However before she could agree with his idea, Daud spoke. A long and in fact pretty angry manner of going about thtings. Kadma would simply turn her head back towards Cain and speak first to him. "You are correct, I do not know the South as well as you do, and I would have likely walked myself into poor situations, despite being well aware that in most situations I can handle myself. So I will go ahead with your idea, I have no issues with working along side you Jazzy, nor do I have issue with my Lieutenant Lexi also being part of this small group." She would say as she motioned towards Alexandra with her hand before turningher head to face Daud.
Her tail moving in such a way that is almost wrapped arouund her body as she simply looked at him for a moment. Placing the pipe in her mouth and inhaling however keeping the smoke in her mouth as she would breath it out into a rather large cloud of smoke just before speaking to him. "Turny, despite what you might want, and what they might want if it is not possible then that is simply the case. Both you and they will simply have to deal with it. I will be continuing with the plan that I would say I came up with and Jazzy made better so to speak. It is very simply the best course of action. Returning to the west simply to stock is a poor choice when the South is in need, especially considering that is something any marine can do. If piracy and crime rates rise in the west I will return there as soon as possible until then I will head to the south alongside Jazzy." As she spoke she stood up, and began to walk out of the meeting room. "And throwing your tantrums is definitely not going to make you look any better to anyone, let alone your father." She added on as she would exit the meeting room, with hopefully Alexandra right behind her, and Jazzy as well rather quickly as he was kind of a key point in this plan now.
Kadma's hand gesture was enough for Alexandra to go silent; her missing vital information that was discussed was her fault any consequences that come from it are her fault. Still she was able to get a general idea of what they were discussing from what the captains talked about. South Blue was causing some trouble and her captain had generously suggested that she would go deal with it. Alexandra was confident that her captain wouldn't have any problems dealing with pirates but it would be the smart thing to take someone who knew the area. "Neither do I captain" Formality was important even when she felt that they were insulting her competence. She had field experience in fact she had been a marine longer than they have and yet she was a lieutenant while they were captains. Clearly she was doing something wrong.
When one of the other captain's threw a tantrum Alexandra felt a bit relieved she hadn't been assigned to him. It was completely personal as his belief that restoring the Marineford was more important than protecting the people in South Blue was ridiculous. Not only that it wasn't like she was carpenter nor was her captain. Them staying here would accomplish nothing and while she personally wouldn't have made the snide remark she agreed with Kadma's decision to go anyways. Without any words needed Alexandra already knew to follow her captain even if she felt a bit uneasy walking alongside someone twice her size. Kadma's tail alone could be her size and while she never sparred her with her captain she was certain that she could pack a punch. (EXIT)

It seems like the group of Captain has come to a conclusion. With the Fish captain leaving, Arthur sees no point in continuing his meeting. He would do what he does best. That being said, Arthur stood up from his seat and took the last drag his cigarettes has to offer before extinguishing it with a smoking tray nearby. Snapping his finger, the guard who took his weapon immediately went and retrieved it and handed it back to its owner.

"Right." Daud would say breaking the growing silence. Seems Kadma and her underlings had left, so be it. Someone had to take the real responsibility of making sure Marineford was running correctly. "As I said earlier, Marineford isn't fit to detain pirates willy-nilly, it is imperative that we rebuild or communications network and reequip our men in order to regain power in the streets." Daud would say to the rest of the Captains in the room. Taking a long rip from his cigar, Daud would pull a territory map from somewhere within the room. "We have 4 major outposts which report crime regularly. As of now neither of them is responding." Rubbing his temple in frustration. "I don't know how some people think it's a better idea to wrangle pirates then make sure our own brothers are safe, or still alive at least..." He was of course refering to the Lizard woman whom had gon her own way. Looking back a Jazpar whom had yet to leave he would analyze his face waiting for a response on the situation.

Heading out of the meeting room with a bottle in hand, Jaz looked back as Daud before walk out the door. Will do sir, just let the old man know that I’ll look into the Kuma tribe... Should be fun... handing one of the chore boos stand guard the bottle he’d leave the base, heading home to South Blue. Exit
