Description: This technique can only be used by focusing ones energy directly through their muscles. By doing this the users hands can easily damage flesh, bone and muscle with ease; even a nick will cause internal damage to the enemy. Lasts for two posts.

Ikkotsu - Single Bone

Description: Hardening the bones in his right fist using chakra, the user delivers a bone-shattering punch, one that's easily able to smash bones to pieces. Using this attack one can make a crater similar in size to one of Tsunade's heaven kicks of pain using simple physical strength. The drawback is it's only usable once every 5 posts otherwise the user will shatter their own bones.
Requirements: Fine chakra control, well trained body.

Sōkotsu - Double Bone

Description: The Sōkotsu is similar to the Ikkotsu, however instead of using one hand the user hardens the bones in both of their hands, doing a double fist strike instead of a single one. This attack has the ability to rip through flesh and shatter bone, as such, this causes considerable strain on the user, and if used more than once per fight so long as it contacts something, it will shatter both arms and require extensive healing.
Requirements: Precise chakra control, well trained body.

Tesshō - Iron Palm

Description: Channeling chakra throughout the palm, the user delivers a viscous palm strike, which has the ability to easily crush a bandits head, though it will have trouble on a physically trained Shinobi's body. If hit too hard the user will lose use of his hand for three posts, alongside the extreme throbbing pain in his hand.
