With the waters around Hargeon being plagued by an apparent Ghost Ship, Rosa decided to endeavor to solve the issue. This is one of her first missions that she chose to take without it being an order from one of the leaders of her guild, and Rosa is keen to prove to herself that she is capable of doing something like this.
