UHV Northern Forward Operations Base

This one of the UHV bases currently hidden within Konoha. Of the three, this one is the larger one, and the one that is the most heavily fortified. The crafting of the building has been done entirely in secret, with the vilalge being in a state of general disarray after neglectful leadership allowed for the village to be ruined. As such, they have had the time to craft an entire, well hidden complex from various materials both from within and outside the land of fire. Expect heavy resistance if the enemy isn't somehow thinned out, on top of defenses and anti shinobi measures having been put in place as well as UHV technology.
