Kantan is for scholars and those wishing to learn. The largest library is housed here, and Shifter mothers and fathers who have moved their children here come for just that. Capital patrols come every few days because of the rich history the library can give, and to make sure the library is always intact. It is a peaceful place, punctuated by the sounds of bells and chimes, and one who wishes to relax inside of the library will always be welcomed.
