I know it can be done. Because I soloed even hard mode back in the day. Though my skill isn't what it once was. I tried easy with fifty-fifty success. The best attempts required Pre-buffing, 4-5 attack rings, 2 healing rings and kiting is a must. I struggled to maintain energy during the battle. Even with level 4 divinity. The last third or forth of the boss. Became an endurance match. Any tips on this area?

Amp would help me. Though I'm hesitant to use them until I get some more practice. Revives are only an option in a party. Once you loose your buffs you loose most likely. I remember pieces of what I knew.

I'm doing slightly better now. I soloed the last two sandcastle dungeons on easy. I was using Hack, Mantis, Fire Rain, Diagnosis, Bandage, Divinity, Coyote Spirit and Keen Aye. When the sandcastle does that underground thing. I move toward it. This way I can be out of range. Before it is close enough to hit me. Though I occasionally take a hit. Diagnosis and Bandage along with kiting with the Coyote Spirit for speed. Seems to work to keep me alive. I have to alternate between using my rage to attack and using it to heal. Other than that it is just an endurance match. Though it doesn't take that long.

Nice! Glad you're getting the hang of soloing it. But like you're already noticed, kiting is your best chance to get through duneslam. I found that running to the far side of the island, kneeling for the precious seconds you have, and then kiting again, will buy you some stamina.

I tried kneeling to regain stamina. It was the main reason. I lost a few of my previous matches. Though I did manage to kneel for a few seconds. To regain two ticks of stamina. In my successful runs after a bit of practice. I am remembering something about stacking rebuff minus accuracy and plus dodge buffs on top of each other. Though I haven't tried this yet. Being solo, I am guaranteed to win. If I use several R4 buffs before I exit the ring changing zone. Though this lasts only one run or two. That would be an acceptable time loss. If I were able to solo normal or hard. I think I will try practicing on normal soon.

May I ask why you are farming duneslam? And yeah, buffs will only last you 15 minutes, which won't really go far. Normally I'd suggest buffing in null, but those would only last you so long and then you'd be force to run back to null.

Mostly because I was bored and couldn't find a party to join. I find it odd that shallow seas has become the best farming. I remember when the common consensus was farming the saw mill. Though some higher end players. Claimed different areas gave more gold.

lol Yeah. Things change as the money moves. It's a shame that PS isn't as active anymore. But I do enjoy smobbing more than PS. It's so much more entertaining

I find less elitism in shadow seas. Compared to the over 10.0 dungeon. There used to be a problem with shallow seas. Though that was when 10.0 wasn't as common.

Sadly some of the elitism has returned. The majority of DMS players migrated to SMOB.

I actually ran into one I remember from four years ago. Still the same little s**t and only a 11.7 these days. I can see why players migrated to SMOB. I gained 5,000 platinum in one day from running with a party. This is better platinum than I can earn anywhere.

Yeah ^^ If you have a solid crew for an hour or two, SMOB even outpaces the money earned in LK.
