"We all follow the age old dichotomy of good and evil. A scale that has so long defined our conscience. Yet it is only a concept, an idea that is indeed relative from one person to the next - so how can we be sure that our actions are truly good or evil? For the crimes of one man are the heroics of another. It is a cosmic balance that must never be upset. This is an age where people sit on bended knee and pray for a hero. Mankind, Extraterrestials, and even Gods of Myth have answered these prayers - but all of them are unaware that for all their good, great evil will always come to balance it out. The future is in ruin. The world needs no more heroes, nor does it need villains. No. It needs a SAVIOR."

Time is of the essence. As he landed safely in 2017, the chronal energy had already began to attack him. Time does not like to be changed, but it must. A suicide mission for Savior, but deliverance for Tim Drake. He donned a cowl that dipped around his nose like a beak. Two red eyes scanned the area from beneath the mask. It was the Batcave, untouched and timeless just as it was in his memory palace. Without a doubt the surveillance had already caught him, but it was nothing that he couldn't erase. The bright blue light from the many monitors glistened against his suit as he took a seat at the Batcomputer. Immediately he set about entering a password to access it. His first act was to erase the surveillance, but so meticulous was Drake that he erased the footage, temporarily shut down the cameras and ensured a consistent time-stamp to cover his tracks. Soon after, Tim created a password field mask that was created to send a signal to a specified co-ordinate in a command window hidden on the Batcomputer - so whomever would log on next would set off the signal. Getting up, he moved the chair back to it's original position and escaped the Batcave undetected.

His next stop was San Francisco. Under the cover of night, he moved swiftly. Undeterred from his mission, indifferent to what was to come - the future was all that mattered. It wasn't long before he arrived at the Teen Titan's Headquarters. At the base of the building, Tim placed several small circular devices that were no bigger than the palm of a childs hand. In the future, these were powerful explosives that he had developed. Crisis warranted expanded weaponry, and it would prove useful in the past. With a small thread-like wire, they linked and connected to a small device hidden within the grass at one of the corners of the building. He inputed the very same password he did on the Batcomputer, linking it to the command on the window. All it needed now was for someone to enter the password on the Batcomputer to access it once more. Phase one was complete.

A damaged and battered Batmobile swerved in through the man-made underwater entrance leading straight down to the Batman's base of operations. Wires were exposed, lights, and internal controls failed to function. The sight of it was evident that Bruce had a rough night. Nothing the likes of he and Alfred when put together couldn't patch up.
That or maybe it was time for a new model. One that could take the heat when pit against his ever growing list of notorious criminals. As the car lined up with it's respective pad, the top receded into the back end of the car. Bruce clutched his injured side, stained red from an attack that he didn't see coming until it was too late. If it weren't for the Batmobile's abrupt entrance, Alfred would have surely heard the grunts and groans from the wounded vigilante.

"Goodness, sir. Are you alright?" Alfred rushed over to Bruce, first aid kid already in hand prepping to use it. Bruce paused in place,
stopping him from starting on his injury with a wave of his hand. "Killer Croc wasn't pulling any punches, tonight." The seeping blood from the once fresh wound was stopped on the scene to avoid anything critical in the long run.

"Or bites for that matter. Might I suggest you still and rest, allow me to tend to that gruesome wound, Mr. Jones left with you with."

"It's nothing I can't handle, Alfred." Taking one hand away from the wound, Bruce used both to remove the cowl handing that over to Alfred along with the kit. "Something doesn't sit right with me. Something Croc said. We'll run a playback on the Batcomputer." Alfred continued to guide Bruce over to the super computer until he was well off enough to be seated at the chair in front of it. He sighed a sigh of relief at the sensation of comfort, one where he could rest his eyes for just a moment. A moment was all he needed as he reopened his eyes and began to go to work once more. "It's no secret that Croc has never been a man of his own. As strong as he is, he's always under someone's thumb."

Alfred stepped closer at Bruce's side as the monitors booted on and shined the bright blue light on them both. "We also have to remember the man's never been the smartest of Gotham's worst. Perhaps his attack on Ace Chemicals was for a much larger scheme rather than his own personal gain."

"Exactly." Said Bruce in response as he typed in the several digit password to access The Batcomputer, ignorant to the outcome it could and would create. "Listen to this." The Batsuit's active body cam began to play footage from Batman's encounter with Killer Croc only less than an hour ago. Alfred watched ever so curious as to what he was tasked to listen in on while Bruce on the other hand as his attention directed elsewhere. An alert emitting a low siren like sound came from an offhand monitor, detached from The Batcomputer. All it took was one swivel of his chair and he was in front of said monitor displaying a layout of several cameras posted in the GCPD, Justice League Watchtower, and many more. All of them were active except for one of several cameras placed throughout Titans Tower, all of them offline. A single brow raised at the sight of it. Despite the tower being filled with individuals ranging from teens to young adults, Bruce doubted that they somehow managed to deactivate every single camera within the tower, let alone find his hiding spots.

"Eerie, very eerie indeed. This wouldn't be the first time that they've all banded together for one common goal: to the rid the city of you." Having finished what little of Killer Croc was recorded on the body cam, Bruce offered no response as he swiveled back to the main computer, punching in a series of other keys. "I'm checking the Wayne Enterprises satellite for a top down view of Titans Tower."

"That's quite a big shift in the topic, Master Bruce. Is something wrong?"

"Let's hope not."

The satellite was used to record and analyze findings for the company itself across several margins but was really deployed by Bruce to keep a watch on the western side of the earth long before The Watchtower was ever developed. Said equipment used on The Watchtower never would have sat well with the likes of Superman or the other Leaguers, therefore Bruce had to settle with the next best option. The view of the earth began to appear closer and closer with every zoom in until it was clear that the two of them were looking at San Francisco. "What the hell happened?" Bruce's eyes widened as he rose to his feet, hands pressed flat against the surface of the desk holding the Batcomputer.

"Shall I contact the boys? Surely they know what's happened?"

Speechless, all Bruce could do was nod in response, turning his head back on the screen to the Tower blown to smithereens, smoke filling into the sky eventually covering the view from the satellite.

It had been one of those nights, another late one at Titan’s tower. His fingertips typing away as he went over case files that had been ongoing. The light from the monitor had illuminated a good chunk of the room that he had stationed himself in. The night felt like it was never going to end on how slow it was going, it was dragging on. Continuous clicking was heard from how fast he typed away, in that time his fingers had not left the keyboard. When there was no more to observe, another small click was heard but this time it came from the computer itself to show it had powered down for the rest of the night. Stretching in his chair, letting out a meager grunt before finally getting up off of his a**. Once he had departed from the room, the door had closed behind him automatically with ease. As he made his way down to the underground garage where he would keep his personal vehicle, he had a weird feeling on how calm it had been for the Titans lately. It was unusual, but it was a nice change of pace. It was something that didn't seem to happen that often in his line of work.

Now it was time to go home and rest, it was time to start another day. Nightwing had rested on his cycle for a good minute before finally activating the ignition switch. Pressing another button but this time located on his wrist gauntlet to raise the underground garage door to allow him to exit the tower. Once it was done, the cycle had taken off and he was gone. The garage door had started to descend once he was out of range of the facility. He turned his head back for a glimpse at the Tower, before it hit. Nightwing went flying with his cycle through the air outwards, finally hitting the bridge that connected from the city to the tower, or what was left of it. He couldn’t tell what had hit him, all he knew was that it was big and that it hurt like hell. Finally collecting himself mentally, he gazed on what had happened. The Tower was gone. A small remnant of what it once was. He let out a loud grunt from his accident, still on the ground from the blast. So many things came to mind as he saw what was done, reminding him on the attack from Deathstroke and Damien Darhk. In a small attempt to ensure him that not another Titan was inside, he triggered his communicator to alert all current members of the team of a distress. And his voice was heard through it.”Is everyone okay?! Someone just attacked Titans tower.” Finally rising to his feet, he wrapped his arm around his rib cage to try and ease the pain. He had no time to worry for himself, since he had more important things to worry about. Such as the safety of his team, and what had caused this destruction.

The confines of Kory's room were open to all whenever any of them felt they needed to have a heart to heart chat. She was a warrior no less but never failed to retain an innocent nature. To those that didn't mind, she always loved to hear how her fellow Titans were doing on a mental level. There were times, though, like this one, where she preferred to remain alone for the time being as she treated herself to some much needed care. Kory, in a soft cotton white robe, sat with one smooth orange leg over the other at a vanity mirror brushing her bright fire like hair. She happily began humming a tune with every brush stroke, completely at peace all while feeling a sense of bliss.

With her hair flushed out once again, she floated away from the vanity and deep into her closet putting together a stylish outfit of sorts, stylish to her, that is. Ripped thigh high black shorts with knee high white socks along with a purple bell sleeved top. She gave herself a look over in her larger mirror that sat across from her bed, twirling a few inches from the ground in all directions to get the full view. "It's perfe." Her cheerful confirmation was abruptly cut by the sound of a large blast that registered far before the explosion ever flew throughout the halls of Titans tower and towards her neck of the woods. Kory shrieked, throwing her hands up in front of her as she cast a bright green energy shield. The resulting shockwave sent her and her shield spiraling out of the crumbling tower and into the water surrounding. Her shield acted as a bubble slash life raft that kept her elevated over the surface of the water until she was calm enough to look about her surroundings. The shield would fade and Kory shot up into the sky, hovering a few feet away from the fire and smoke that rose higher and higher into the air.

"I'm fine but I am still not seeing any of our fellow Titans. Please, all of you, respond. We must know if you're okay." Kory flew from her spot in the sky and over onto the bridge with d**k. "Are you alright?"

Training hard per usual was Robin, taking on a simulation of Batman. His aim was to be better than his father in all aspects which included hand to hand combat. He slumped over and placed his hands on his knees to keep him standing. He'd been at this for thirty minutes and seemed to be getting nowhere. Robin went after Batman again, this time attacking head on. A punch there, twisting into a more dangerous sweep of the legs- Robin wasn't Batman's size, no, but he had learned to use size against his opponents. He flipped out a batarang and used it as a knife, its sharp edges aiming for any of the chinks Robin knew to be in Batman's armor. As expected, though, it was nearly impossible for Robin to get a good grip or a good hit on the Batman; the older man just kept evading his attacks. "Have to keep going..." Robin thought to himself, pushing harder against Batman, his strikes quick and effective. Batman kept dodging, and dodging, keeping his distance and his body parts away from the Boy Wonder before suddenly grabbing Robin and throwing him, lightly, almost as if he just wanted the boy away from him, not like he actually wanted to do damage. Robin grit his teeth frustrated as he launched two exploding batarangs into the air, watching Batman dodge, but come no closer. Despite the fact that if he came closer, he could have easily taken Robin down.

As he waged on with the simulation, loud explosions from above erupted. Damian paused in mid-strike and took his eyes off Batman and to the point of origin. This earned him a well placed strike to the jaw which knocked him down as bits and pieces of roof came crashing down onto his head, but not before a certain speedster came zipping through to retrieve the young Robin from certain disfigurement. When Robin came to, he looked about and found himself alongside the red-haired alien and Nightwing, flicking his gaze to the ginger-haired speedster who saved him. "What the hell?!" Damian bit out.
