I was wondering how to make your avitar Glow. Like an ora surrounding it.
Do I need to premake and image, or can it just do it on its own with some code? ninja
Also, were can I request a custom made profile?
I am looking for someone to do mine all crazy and original like xd

That will cause your avatar to glow, but only in IE. Other browsers don't support filters. Any hex color can be used in "color" and the "strength" value is any number between 1 and 255.
As for custom profiles, I make them, or you can make a thread in the PD or look for a shop in the Minishops forum.
