I actually just saw another person wanting to do a tuna. You should message him and schedule together.

When you pick a time/day, or if you sporadically try to make one, advertise for it in discord servers, the clan's recrewtment thread, and in the zOMG forum.

If you want to make a tuna crew from the ground up, then you're better off recrewting for a YM crew. Then after YM, have someone anchor GR, while the other person advertises for a GR/HPR crew. You'll have an easier time finding crew that way. I can tank, but I've never attempted kiting. Either way, message me when you're attempting a tuna and if I'm online, I'll hop on and help out.

Oh, make sure you're CL 11.4 and have amps/revives before doing GR.

You're going to have to level up some more. It's possible to do tunas with low CLs, but it takes freaking forever.
Yeah. I prefer having two attunees in a run. I would feel a little hesitant at 3 attunees, but I'd push through it. I would never accept 4 attunees in a single run. That's just a clusterf*ck waiting to happen.

I actually got attuned today!! XDD It was great and only took a little over an hour and a half biggrin
