That is when he took up the sword. He had to practice on his own, as the tribe saw him as not worth teaching. He learned what he could, from training on his own. He would then try to hunt on his own, however, he ran into a Grim while hunting. It was an Ursa. He was scared, but he had to use his blade to fight it. It injured him greatly, however, his semblance activated for the first time, causing the air to protect him enough so that he could run away from it.
After that, he had to recover, the tribe wasn't into helping him, therefore his parents paid for him to go down the mountain, into Vale itself. He didn't want to leave, however, it was the best for him. He swore that if he could, he would protect people from Grimm. He had felt the claws doing into his body. There was no reason for that. He had to help. So he signed up to go to Signal. That was were he forged his Twinpistol Sword. However, he was very unsocialized, seeing that his tribe mostly left him alone. He gets very stressed in public areas.
Now he has finally made it to Beacon. He always carries an Ursa grim mask, to remind him of why he does this. He hardly ever wears it though, as he is not a beast.
In the recent months of being at beacon, his time has been hell. During the first class, he was made to fight one of his fears, an Ursa. Two of the three people on his team were in class with him the day before. However, as the lists were announced, there was also a security threat. Three students had been taken. Lavender and Donnelly Erlking, and Long Shui-Lin. They were taken by a group of Anti-faunus humans, called The Tribe.
The first mission for him appeared to be a failure, until Donnelly Erlking was saved by another team on the same mission. Ivory had helped the man by giving him his suit jacket. However, the Tribe was not done with them. Underneath his team's feet, there was a bomb, that they detonated. The explosion sent Ivory crashing into a wall, using all of his Aura as not to kill him. Like always, he landed on his feet. He had found Jessica, and helped her out, but not before he saw the remnants of Lunestra, her beautiful wings had brought her onto the ceiling, where she was impaled on the metal. The most haunting thing, was the person he learned to fear, the headmaster was broken. That day, he learned another lesson. Even the strongest, lost, and could become broken.
Once he got Jessica and her sister, Oxynia out of the building, he knew he had to stop the fire. Without Aura, he did something incredibly stupid. He jumped into the hole where the bomb had gone off, and he used his semblence, something that could have killed him. He passed out, only to be brought out of the building by Jessica.
His soul burned with a want to get vengeance on the tribe. The next part of the mission, they were sent into the bowels of the tower, into the home base of the tribe. Everyone that had someone missing from their teams were there. Team DAND, Team JLRX, and His team, which was only Him and Jessica now. He was determined that nothing would happen to her. They got further in, and his protection of her was only making things worse. Yes he could see in the dark better than her, but he was using his tail not for balance, but for keeping her corralled.
Everything came to a head when they found a child in the sewers. They were then set under a falling trap, causing them to fall in a pit with Grimm, the boss looking down on them. They defeated them, and then they were teleported twice. However, the villain was not done. He pulled Long out from her hiding spot, and stabbed her in front of the teams. Ivory rushed forward, only for the villain to slit her throat. By the time Ivory got to her, the life was leaving her body. Once she was dead, he vowed to kill him. He didn't care at what cost. She was innocent, and didn't deserve what had happened. In the end, Lavender suffered the same fate as Long and her brother. They were unable to save anyone other than the girl. He stabbed the man, right as he was about to escape through a portal, Ivory twisted his blade into the man, causing the portal to close shut on both the enemy, and on Ivory's hand. While it killed the enemy, it left Ivory without a right hand.
He made sure that the bodies of the fallen were brought up, but not before he finally passed out because of blood loss. He awoke to find that his hand was missing, and there was a cat girl at his side. She was his new team mate, but she came at a difficult time..Ivory was dealing with the lost of a limb, even though it wasn't his dominate hand, he used for certain things.
It's been about 2 months since then, and he's learned to be with his new team. He's also working with his new Cybernetic arm. However, he's still gripped with doubt, and feels like he failed his friends. His goal since joining beacon has changed. He no longer wants to prove his strength and worth. He wants to protect the people around him, even that pesky, smelly dog.

█NAME ▬ Piercing Gale █CYBERNETIC PIECE ▬ Piercing Gale is a clawed arm that is used for combat. Only the hand is missing, however, this Cybernetic goes up to his elbow. In Ivory's wrist and elbow, there are connecting rods that have wires in them, connecting his nerves to the metal itself, allowing control of the item. He has painted it black and blue in memory of his first cybernetic. █WEAPONIZATION ▬ Piercing Gale has claws at the end of the fingers that are as sharp as blades. Ivory has a set of interconnected covers for them so he can use them when he isn't in combat on a mission. The claws are as big as a Bewolf's claws. █ACQUISITION ▬ Night Prowlers: ASSAULT FORCE █AUGMENTS █ ▬ Dust augmentation- Ivory is able to place a piece of dust in the palm of the hand, and augment it with that type. He is able to slash 3 for a small piece of dust, and 5 for a large one. █ ▬ Communication hub- Ivory is able to place his scroll in a compartment in the forearm that allows it to project his scroll. It can also charge the scroll using aura if Ivory allows it. Ivory can also use it to connect to his ear piece, or have the voice come from the arm itself. █ ▬

█NAME ▬ Gwynt █AURA COLOR ▬ pale turquoise █AURA FEEL ▬ Ivory's aura feels like the cold wind coming off of a mountain. █DESCRIPTION ▬ Ivory is able to manipulate air around him. █Repelling wind ▬ Ivory is able to cause the wind around him to spin, the air is projected within 5 feet of his body. The wind can reflect attacks back at the person attacking. The reflecting mostly works with projectiles and elemental attacks. However, for melee attacks, it would slow an attack by 3/4ths speed for average strength, for decent strength it would slow it by half, and for exceptional strength it would only slow it by 1/4th speed.
█Arial slash▬ He is able to condense the air around him and throw it in a direction to his target; be it by his hands or through his weapons. When it hits a target, it feels like a concussive hit more than blunt. How it is shaped by level: █Arial Crash▬ Ivory is able to build wind around him to run, and cause an impact with someone. The wind is able to shield him from damage caused by the charge. He can also use the crash to cushion fall damage. This speed Ivory up by 3 times (x3 speed) He may turn, but it is harder for him to do so, and must be done at wide arcs. █LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts) █DRAWBACKS ▬ If Ivory loses control of his emotions, the semblance tries to create a vacuum around the person who has caused it. It cares not for friend or foe. The person must be within 10 ft of Ivory for the vacuum to form. The effect lasts until either Ivory can calm down, or 2 posts, whichever happens sooner. The effect is only around the upper body of a person. If this happens to a Grimm, it's only the head. ▬ Ivory can not combine the different levels of his Semblance to create different effects. It's been about 2 months since then, and he's learned to be with his new team. He's also working with his new Cybernetic arm. However, he's still gripped with doubt, and feels like he failed his friends. His goal since joining beacon has changed. He no longer wants to prove his strength and worth. █BACKGROUND ▬ Ivory grew up in the mountains with other mountain cat faunus. He learned how to work with and against the wind while there. However, things were especially stressful for him. His home was like a pack, and he was not an alpha. Most of the tribe felt that he was worthless, as he wasn't able to hunt without over thinking. He also didn't have claws to assist in hunting. That is when he took up the sword. He had to practice on his own, as the tribe saw him as not worth teaching. He learned what he could, from training on his own. He would then try to hunt on his own, however, he ran into a Grim while hunting. It was an Ursa. He was scared, but he had to use his blade to fight it. It injured him greatly, however, his semblance activated for the first time, causing the air to protect him enough so that he could run away from it.
After that, he had to recover, the tribe wasn't into helping him, therefore his parents paid for him to go down the mountain, into Vale itself. He didn't want to leave, however, it was the best for him. He swore that if he could, he would protect people from Grimm. He had felt the claws doing into his body. There was no reason for that. He had to help. So he signed up to go to Signal. That was were he forged his Twinpistol Sword. However, he was very unsocialized, seeing that his tribe mostly left him alone. He gets very stressed in public areas.
Now he has finally made it to Beacon. He always carries an Ursa grim mask, to remind him of why he does this. He hardly ever wears it though, as he is not a beast.
In the recent months of being at beacon, his time has been hell. During the first class, he was made to fight one of his fears, an Ursa. It was already damaged, and was wearing a muzzle, however, it was this day he learned two things. One, do not ******** with the head master, he will sit there and watch you struggle, until you do it on your own. The second thing is that strength comes from working as a team. That Grimm studdies class was eventful, but he met someone that he considered a friend, Lunestra.
After that class, the next day they went to find out who their team was. That day he was teamed up with Lunestra Krayeth, Jessica Morison, and Long Shui-Lin. Two of the three people on his team were in class with him the day before. However, as the lists were announced, there was also a security threat. Three students had been taken. Lavender and Donnelly Erlking, and Long Shui-Lin. They were taken by a group of Anti-faunus humans, called The Tribe.
The first mission for him appeared to be a failure, until Donnelly Erlking was saved by another team on the same mission. Ivory had helped the man by giving him his suit jacket. However, the Tribe was not done with them. Underneath his team's feet, there was a bomb, that they detonated. The explosion sent Ivory crashing into a wall, using all of his Aura as not to kill him. Like always, he landed on his feet. He had found Jessica, and helped her out, but not before he saw the remnants of Lunestra, her beautiful wings had brought her onto the ceiling, where she was impaled on the metal. The most haunting thing, was the person he learned to fear, the headmaster was broken. That day, he learned another lesson. Even the strongest, lost, and could become broken.
Once he got Jessica and her sister, Oxynia out of the building, he knew he had to stop the fire. Without Aura, he did something incredibly stupid. He jumped into the hole where the bomb had gone off, and he used his semblence, something that could have killed him. He passed out, only to be brought out of the building by Jessica.
His soul burned with a want to get vengeance on the tribe. The next part of the mission, they were sent into the bowels of the tower, into the home base of the tribe. Everyone that had someone missing from their teams were there. Team DAND, Team JLRX, and His team, which was only Him and Jessica now. He was determined that nothing would happen to her. They got further in, and his protection of her was only making things worse. Yes he could see in the dark better than her, but he was using his tail not for balance, but for keeping her corralled.
Everything came to a head when they found a child in the sewers. They were then set under a falling trap, causing them to fall in a pit with Grimm, the boss looking down on them. They defeated them, and then they were teleported twice. However, the villain was not done. He pulled Long out from her hiding spot, and stabbed her in front of the teams. Ivory rushed forward, only for the villain to slit her throat. By the time Ivory got to her, the life was leaving her body. Once she was dead, he vowed to kill him. He didn't care at what cost. This also allows him to know how to use dust to make adventurous distractions to regroup. █WEAKNESSES █*Exploitable Combat Weakness ▬ Multiple attacks. At most, Ivory can only deal with 2 attacks at a time, anymore than that and he is not able to fully defend himself. ▬ Slow Healing- Ivory doesn't heal as fast as others, hindering him when he does get hit. For example, a deep gash on his arm would almost completely disable his arm, while bleeding out at the same time. While Aura can speed this up, it still takes almost 1/4 more the time to heal a wound with it. Without aura, it takes nearly double the time to heal. █*Exploitable Fear ▬ Failure- Ivory is afraid of failing everyone. This can be in combat when he fails to protect and ally, or just in general.
█FAUNUS █Primary Trait ▬ Ivory uses his tail as a way to have greater balance, What would normally bring down a normal person might just have him move slightly from the pressure. He also always lands on his feet. █Secondary Trait ▬ He has a more sensitive nose, making it easier to track people and to smell hidden enemies, however, this is a double edged sword. █Tertiary Trait ▬ Built for cold- Ivory has a higher tolerance for cold weather. This is because the fur/hair is thick on his body. his nose even has a way of heating up cold winter air. █Exploitable Faunus Combat Weakness ▬ Weak Immune system- This can be translated to both a combat and non-combat weakness. In combat, it means that effects like poisons or diseases work on him faster than a human. Out of combat, if someone were to sneeze on him, he could easily get sick.
█ █ ╫ H I S T O R Y ╫
█*BACKGROUND ▬ Ivory grew up in the mountains with other mountain cat faunus. He learned how to work with and against the wind while there. However, things were especially stressful for him. His home was like a pack, and he was not an alpha. Most of the tribe felt that he was worthless, as he wasn't able to hunt without over thinking. He also didn't have claws to assist in hunting. That is when he took up the sword. He had to practice on his own, as the tribe saw him as not worth teaching. He learned what he could, from training on his own. He would then try to hunt on his own, however, he ran into a Grim while hunting. It was an Ursa. He was scared, but he had to use his blade to fight it. It injured him greatly, however, his semblance activated for the first time, causing the air to protect him enough so that he could run away from it.
After that, he had to recover, the tribe wasn't into helping him, therefore his parents paid for him to go down the mountain, into Vale itself. He didn't want to leave, however, it was the best for him. He swore that if he could, he would protect people from Grimm. He had felt the claws doing into his body. There was no reason for that. He had to help. So he signed up to go to Signal. That was were he forged his Twinpistol Sword. However, he was very unsocialized, seeing that his tribe mostly left him alone. He gets very stressed in public areas.
Now he has finally made it to Beacon. He always carries an Ursa grim mask, to remind him of why he does this. He hardly ever wears it though, as he is not a beast.
In the recent months of being at beacon, his time has been hell. During the first class, he was made to fight one of his fears, an Ursa. It was already damaged, and was wearing a muzzle, however, it was this day he learned two things. One, do not ******** with the head master, he will sit there and watch you struggle, until you do it on your own. The second thing is that strength comes from working as a team. That Grimm studdies class was eventful, but he met someone that he considered a friend, Lunestra.
After that class, the next day they went to find out who their team was. That day he was teamed up with Lunestra Krayeth, Jessica Morison, and Long Shui-Lin. Two of the three people on his team were in class with him the day before. However, as the lists were announced, there was also a security threat. Three students had been taken. Lavender and Donnelly Erlking, and Long Shui-Lin. They were taken by a group of Anti-faunus humans, called The Tribe.
The first mission for him appeared to be a failure, until Donnelly Erlking was saved by another team on the same mission. Ivory had helped the man by giving him his suit jacket. However, the Tribe was not done with them. Underneath his team's feet, there was a bomb, that they detonated. The explosion sent Ivory crashing into a wall, using all of his Aura as not to kill him. Like always, he landed on his feet. He had found Jessica, and helped her out, but not before he saw the remnants of Lunestra, her beautiful wings had brought her onto the ceiling, where she was impaled on the metal. The most haunting thing, was the person he learned to fear, the headmaster was broken. That day, he learned another lesson. Even the strongest, lost, and could become broken.
Once he got Jessica and her sister, Oxynia out of the building, he knew he had to stop the fire. Without Aura, he did something incredibly stupid. He jumped into the hole where the bomb had gone off, and he used his semblence, something that could have killed him. He passed out, only to be brought out of the building by Jessica.
His soul burned with a want to get vengeance on the tribe. The next part of the mission, they were sent into the bowels of the tower, into the home base of the tribe. Everyone that had someone missing from their teams were there. Team DAND, Team JLRX, and His team, which was only Him and Jessica now. He was determined that nothing would happen to her. They got further in, and his protection of her was only making things worse. Yes he could see in the dark better than her, but he was using his tail not for balance, but for keeping her corralled.
Everything came to a head when they found a child in the sewers. They were then set under a falling trap, causing them to fall in a pit with Grimm, the boss looking down on them. They defeated them, and then they were teleported twice. However, the villain was not done. He pulled Long out from her hiding spot, and stabbed her in front of the teams. Ivory rushed forward, only for the villain to slit her throat. By the time Ivory got to her, the life was leaving her body. Once she was dead, he vowed to kill him. He didn't care at what cost. She was innocent, and didn't deserve what had happened. In the end, Lavender suffered the same fate as Long and her brother. They were unable to save anyone other than the girl. He stabbed the man, right as he was about to escape through a portal, Ivory twisted his blade into the man, causing the portal to close shut on both the enemy, and on Ivory's hand. While it killed the enemy, it left Ivory without a right hand.
He made sure that the bodies of the fallen were brought up, but not before he finally passed out because of blood loss. He awoke to find that his hand was missing, and there was a cat girl at his side. She was his new team mate, but she came at a difficult time..Ivory was dealing with the lost of a limb, even though it wasn't his dominate hand, he used for certain things.
It's been about 2 months since then, and he's learned to be with his new team. He's also working with his new Cybernetic arm. However, he's still gripped with doubt, and feels like he failed his friends. His goal since joining beacon has changed. He no longer wants to prove his strength and worth. He wants to protect the people around him, even that pesky, smelly dog.

█PRIMARY WEAPON █NAME ▬ Tempest █DESCRIPTION ▬ Tempest is a longsword with a sheathe. On the handles, there are two pistols. █Melee Form ▬ A long sword like the picture. It is 36 inches long, weighing 3 lb █Ranged Form ▬ Ivory has to sheathe his sword, removing the guns from the handle. █Other Form(s) ▬ Just a sheathe █Ammo Type ▬ Aura (Feels like cold wind) █DRAWBACKS ▬ As it is a sword and pistols, Ivory's effective range is 90 meters. He isn't able to to go further than that, without the bullets almost bouncing off of people.
█NAME ▬ Piercing Gale █CYBERNETIC PIECE ▬ Piercing Gale is a clawed arm that is used for combat. Only the hand is missing, however, this Cybernetic goes up to his elbow. In Ivory's wrist and elbow, there are connecting rods that have wires in them, connecting his nerves to the metal itself, allowing control of the item. He has painted it black and blue in memory of his first cybernetic. █WEAPONIZATION ▬ Piercing Gale has claws at the end of the fingers that are as sharp as blades. Ivory has a set of interconnected covers for them so he can use them when he isn't in combat on a mission. The claws are as big as a Bewolf's claws. █ACQUISITION ▬ Night Prowlers: ASSAULT FORCE █AUGMENTS █ ▬ Dust augmentation- Ivory is able to place a piece of dust in the palm of the hand, and augment it with that type. He is able to slash 3 for a small piece of dust, and 5 for a large one. █ ▬ Communication hub- Ivory is able to place his scroll in a compartment in the forearm that allows it to project his scroll. It can also charge the scroll using aura if Ivory allows it. Ivory can also use it to connect to his ear piece, or have the voice come from the arm itself. █ ▬

█NAME ▬ Gwynt █AURA COLOR ▬ pale turquoise █AURA FEEL ▬ Ivory's aura feels like the cold wind coming off of a mountain. █DESCRIPTION ▬ Ivory is able to manipulate air around him. █Repelling wind ▬ Ivory is able to cause the wind around him to spin, the air is projected within 5 feet of his body. The wind can reflect attacks back at the person attacking. The reflecting mostly works with projectiles and elemental attacks. However, for melee attacks, it would slow an attack by 3/4ths speed for average strength, for decent strength it would slow it by half, and for exceptional strength it would only slow it by 1/4th speed.
█Arial slash▬ He is able to condense the air around him and throw it in a direction to his target; be it by his hands or through his weapons. When it hits a target, it feels like a concussive hit more than blunt. How it is shaped by level: █Arial Crash▬ Ivory is able to build wind around him to run, and cause an impact with someone. The wind is able to shield him from damage caused by the charge. He can also use the crash to cushion fall damage. This speed Ivory up by 3 times (x3 speed) He may turn, but it is harder for him to do so, and must be done at wide arcs. █LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts) █DRAWBACKS ▬ If Ivory loses control of his emotions, the semblance tries to create a vacuum around the person who has caused it. It cares not for friend or foe. The person must be within 10 ft of Ivory for the vacuum to form. The effect lasts until either Ivory can calm down, or 2 posts, whichever happens sooner. The effect is only around the upper body of a person. If this happens to a Grimm, it's only the head. ▬ Ivory can not combine the different levels of his Semblance to create different effects. He is allowed to use other levels while things are on cooldown. ▬ Ivory's semblance can not work in a vacuum. ▬ Extreme heats can dissipate the winds that he manipulates.
