About the Handu Province

The Handu Province is notably known for its direct connections to the empire, as it is a few miles away from Chibi, the Province of the Emperor's domain. Handu consists of a lot of industrial areas, being more progressive than the other two provinces. Like, the other provinces of China, Handu originally belonged to the Empire before it was officially titled as its own Province. Note, Handu did not become its own Province as retaliation against the Empire; rather, separating Handu from the Empire was an act of caution. Imagine having the Empreor's domain the same location as a war zone; it is already risky enough that Handu is a few miles away from where the dying Emperor lives. The Emperor's Royal Guards tend to frequent this particular Province to deliver protection and supplies to the Emperor's youngest son and his people.
