Is a tad strange,It's almost as if she has two different side's to her. One aspect is she prefers to stay in the background then be surrounded by others. She's quiet and can be shy when first encountered although its mainly because she focuses on the task she has on hand. She can be a little stubborn when it comes to some aspects of her work just as shes a perfectionist with her music doing things over and over again no matter the amount of times she does it, it must be the way she likes it. She can be very sweet, and people mostly normal human's take down their guard around her.
The other half of her although is what you need to watch out for, she enjoy's playing with other people, For example small pieces of their memory. It's never to extreme just small pranks just to amuse herself. Like this she's very "affectionate" in terms of she likes being around people when she does it so she can up close see the outcome. Again she can be very stubborn or easily tempered when told not to do something or the question "why did you do it" In her mind she's done nothing wrong or she actually really has no understanding of her reasoning so it often comes out as she was just bored. She has no care for other's except for herself and her current "pet" which could change every day or every other week. When things dont go her way or for example a "pet" has no effect on her ability's she'd either become interested in them or get angry and just try to ignore them.

[HISTORY] Ability:
• Dimensional Travel : can travel between different dimensions and universes and cross over different planes of existence or travel across various forms of reality. This normally only works when she wishes to be along, She found a small quiet area where she like's to hide. Although initiating the transportation may take time at least a few hours to a full day. Places traveled are also very limited, She has to picture/or see it visually before going.
• Musical Movement : can create music using only one's movements, dancing, making signs with their hands or rubbing their hands on objects. In her case it's moving her fingers in a certain order. She's limited though when ever she does this it comes out as a lullaby song, when she hums to it, it tends to sounds a tad creepy in some peoples opinions.
• Memory Implantation: can implant memories into the minds of others, which can either be the memories of others, or false memories manufactured by the user. They can completely re-write a person's memories to change their personalities, knowledge, self-identifications.
> Limitations: Mental Healing can reverse all effects. As well as if Memory Erasure is not used by her. the affected one may be able to differentiate between what is false and what is true as well as if the target has a powerful mind or has a block on themselves they can recover their true memories eventually or right away.

Background:
Seiko was born in Osaka Japan and was the second child born of the Ito family. The oldest being her brother Yamato at the age of ten. They were fairly wealthy family owning multiple company's such as music industry's as well as smaller toy company's. Both of her parent's were just normal pure bread human's so growing up as how she was, proved to be difficult. At the age of five her powers started to manifest, it started off as harmless as she listened to her mother playing the piano or at one of the concert's she enjoyed to go and watch Seiko would move her fingers along with the rhythm along ran the sound's no body noticed it at first because the child only did it when other music had been playing, but at such a young age she was obsessed with a lullaby her mother sang to her as a child and soon was the only song she was able to play in-graved into her mind.
Her ability's didn't stop there although, She started disappearing in her parent's eye's. They believed that they had a run away daughter since she did come back every now and then either quickly or seven hours later. What they didn't and still don't is that she was able to open a portal and climb threw it to a new space. In her case it was a dimmed forest where what she believed to be the sun only hit small places, The sounds of the water of the lake seemed to calm her down and this place soon became her safe place. Around the age of Nine when she stepped away from being home schooled and entered an actual school she learned that she was "different" not normal in everyone else's eyes.
Although a small tragedy had occurred in the family after hearing of her and her brothers accident which led to his passing. In the eyes of a child she was hurt she didn't quite wrap her head around the fact he wasn't going to be there anymore. What she did notice was the toll it did on her parent's in a way they didn't look at her much anymore. She got quiet and kept to herself most times except for when it was necessary to talk. In time though Seiko got angry and started to blame her brother in which she wished they didn't have him in the first place. For a second she could feel a sharp pain before things started to go back to normal she was confused as to why the sudden change. The two of them didn't even see their son in photo's, It took time but she realized she had altered their memory's to the point that her brother never existed to them. This got to the point where she started doing this to anyone to get her way's, It amused her though sometimes the affects wore off and her parent's payed them to be silent.
At an older age now she had to think of her future and what to do with it. Money was never a problem with her family's help so it never mattered where she wanted to go. She had made a decision that she either wants to listen to her mothers wishes and become a musician which at all she doesn't mind. She enjoy's music in which it tends to sooth her when she looses her temper or go into Psychology. Something about human's tend to interest her so much that she wants to dig deeper then what she can already do. She had found Saint Sandorez threw the internet and applied and within week's she had received the letter. She was a tad shocked on how they knew the girl had gifts but it raised curiosity on what other ability's student's had. So she had left home and went to attended the university for her own pleasures as well as to attain her future.

I am quite impressed with the character, and someone with a "split personality" would be an interesting addition to the student body. However, students may only have one major, not two. So, in saying that, psychology or music must be one of her minors instead of a second major. Also, on the topic of her personality, please keep in mind that there are some students who might be immune to such abilities. Those capable of manipulating darkness (Kolya and Jace) won't be affected as their darkness acts like a barrier of the mind. I don't see her liking Noah terribly much, as he has mental healing.

Also, on the topic of her personality, please keep in mind that there are some students who might be immune to such abilities. Those capable of manipulating darkness (Kolya and Jace) won't be affected as their darkness acts like a barrier of the mind. I don't see her liking Noah terribly much, as he has mental healing. Yes, I did have limitations to her ability's I'll just separate them and mark them as limit's as such. And sorry I thought I read the first major wrong sorry I'll fix it
