Although I do believe it is impossable to "grow a breast size a night" it may just feel like it because you ARE growing.
Ignore the looks you are getting, lots of guys will stare at a girl with breasts. It's nothing new.
If you are really worried about your health because of the "lumps" then get another doctors oppinion.
It may just be the way the fatty tissue in your breast are sitting.

I'll trade ya. I'm a 32A. 16 years old, and 100 lbs.
Just get bras if you don't have them already.
Vodka said, if you are worried about the lumps ask the doctor again.

Let's not turn this into a big/small breast "Trade ya" discussion.
Like Vodka said, it's HIGHLY unlikely you are growing a cup size a night, but it can seem like that with puberty. There is normal fatty tissue that makes breasts not feel exactly "smooth." When it doubt, go talk with your doctor.

As for your problem, you need to see a doctor if you have lumps in your breasts. They could be nothing, just breast tissue has someone has already suggested, but they could be something like a cyst (which I had when I was younger too, in my breast). Regardless, just because you saw a doctor when you were 10 and nothing was wrong doesn't mean that there's still nothing wrong now. Go see a doctor again and get another opinion.
And it's impossible to grow a breast cup a night, although as people have already said, it can feel like that sometimes. Some girls' breasts grow faster than others. So no, there's nothing wrong with you. If guys are staring, tell them it's rude and ask them not to stare. Or just ignore them. You can also change how you're dressing in order to make your chest look smaller (ie - don't wear low-cut shirts or tight shirts, etc).

Breasts are all full of lumpy crap. Milk ducts, fatty tissue, nerve clusters, etc.
I was told (when I asked, uh...how do you tell what is breast cancer anyway when doing a self exam) that if it's rock hard and does not move position when it's pressed, that it's a problem and you should see a doctor. You'll feel all sorts of other things in your breast that when you press on or squeeze will "slip" out of your grip, those lumps are not anything to worry about.
