The Guard Commander is the one who runs and oversee's everything that relates to the Valkir Guard. They are part of the Royal Guard and only answer to the ruling Monarchy. It is very rare for the Commander to ever leave the city and should only do so in a time of great crisis. It is up to the Commander to create jobs and tasks for the soldiers giving them work. The Commander should be a hardened warrior with great leadership skills. It is the duty of the General to ensure the well being of all the soldiers and is to ensure that everyone is doing their job. The Guard General mainly deals with the things that the Commander doesn't, mainly going on high priority missions outside of the city itself. Like the Commander the General is part of the Royal Guard and works directly for the Monarchy. The General has the power to recruit and fire anyone within the Valkir Guard or even arrest. The general should be another hardened warrior with some serious patience. The Guard Captains are split into three different units, those being the Stealth Unit, the Knights Unit, and the Bridge Unit. Each unit has it's own specialty and role within the Valkir Guard. A Captain's job is to lead their units whether that be sending them on missions or escorting them into battles. It is also the task of the Captains to help train new recruits. It's also a Captains duty to help carry out orders given to them either by the Commander or the General. Upon conception Captains are granted [ +2 ] additional stat points to distribute as well an additional custom item with a [ +2 ] Stat Boost already attached [ Or you can make this custom an item/power claimed from Pandora's Box ]. They have proven themselves over and over again as some of the best hunters out there. How you make your Merc and who they are loyal to is completely up to you, your allowed to make and run your own faction or join one as a member. You don't even have to be part of Valkir City in anyway. Just be sure to understand that sometimes you may be sought out or even targeted by other groups. Merc's aren't protected by Valkir City to being the best means being part of a giant free for all. I want is detailed in a point form matter including information like who they are, what they have experienced, how and when they got their rank, and then a little extra more like what the character is like and how they fight.
