We are moving GoFusion items to Alchemy, and the items related to GoFusion will continue being available.

We're still developing new games and events for Gaia. We're not closing the site as long as you guys are here!

We can certainly work on a shared ownership feature for forum threads. I should be able to work on it next month.

At this time Generator Parcel is the only way to request your own specific user-designed items to be re-released, however, user-designed items that are eligible to be re-released can appear in future bundles & chance items.

It's going! Should be done early this week and shipping begins. No need to be concerned, we soulbound the tickets as a step in the process of resolving it.

There are still item glitches that have not been fixed since 2011. Is it difficult to fix these item glitches? If so, why? Just curious about how it works.

We have quite a backlog of fixes as there were so many that had been released. Gaia has about 150,000 items, which can create quite a backlog. Different artist also have different amount of free time to fix their items. There are also priority for more popular items. Sorry for all the glitches out there. sweatdrop

Usually items are marked as available as soon as the first user put it in the marketplace. Though there might have been bugs that cause items to be not marked as available. I don't think they're related to animal item types though.

On the special mini-shop on the livestream page, there's no way to actually preview the items, it just brings up the icon and the description. It does't give the item names either, so you can't even look them up to view them. Can we get a fix for this before the next livestream? I took a screenshot to show the lack of information.

New areas are not likely, but we will be setting up events or servers where different monsters with higher difficulties will grant more items and shadow orbs

Are there any plans to update the Avatar Builder, to make things run smoother and just generally make it easier to use?
I would love it if we could save "dream avatars", look at other creations under a tagging system, etc.
The feature currently feels bulky, and I have had countless loading issues, items not showing up when I search for them, as well as occasional crashes.

Yes there will be bug fixes and updates for avatar builder. If anything specific is not working, please let me know so I know exactly what to address when working on the avatar builder.

Can someone please confirm what the achievement was supposed to be for redeeming a gaia box ticket or an artist alley ticket (as Im pretty sure? that both got an achievement)
I redeemed one of each early this year/last year and haven't seen any new achievement granted, but dont know what its called to check if I have it and just missed it.

Those achievements are actually granted manually, and we will be addressing them later this week. Sorry for the wait!
