Ninjutsu

Kawarimi no Jutsu "Body Replacement Technique" E-ranked
Henge no Jutsu "Transformation Techniques" E-ranked
Kage Bushin no jutsu B-ranked

Elemental Ninjutsu
Wind Cutter Technique, A-rank
Description: Allows the user to divide and neutralize a Wind Release technique, making it harmless. The user can even redirect the opponent's attacks to them.

Wind Release: Pressure Damage, B-rank
Description: A powerful wind technique released by wind elemental chakra. This tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density before being released. The blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their close surroundings.

Water Style: Water Wall, B-rank
Description: A technique that creates a wall of water around the user to defend against attacks. This can either be done by expelling water from one's mouth and onto the ground, causing the water to rise up with tremendous might, or from using a pre-existing source. While used as a defensive tactic, it can be used in an offensive manner by directly aiming below the opponent to have the water rise up and strike them.

Water Style: Water Gun, B-rank
Description: The user mimics a fire gun with his hand and, through the Hydrification Technique, compresses a drop of water in their index finger, firing it with tremendous force and speed similar to a gunshot.

Earth release: Sense Vibrations, B-rank
Description: The jutsu allows the user to become connected with ground sensing movement within a 300 foot radius around them as long as the movement being made is in any way connected to the ground. The user also emits their own vibrations as they move allowing the vibrations to bounce off of objects and alert the user that there is something there by creating a defined mental image in the user's head. If the vibrations the user creates hits a tree or building it will bounce around the the structure revealing those who hide. For the duration of the jutsu it is virtually impossible to sneak up on the user by foot.

Earth Release: Earth Spear, B-rank
Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond, easily capable of withstanding most attacks with little to no damage. As a result, the amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.

Earth Style: Earth Wall, B-rank
Description: The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water.

Taijutsu

Genjutsu
Phantom Strike, C-rank
Description: A battle style genjutsu that uses a trigger, typically the reflection of light off a of a blade, to distort the opponent's perception of an attack. The incoming attack will either appear as if it is moving slower than it actually is or faster than it actually is. It is meant to get around an enemy's defense for a single attack.

Fuuinjutsu
Six Strike Chain Seal, B-rank
Description: A sealing jutsu typically done mid battle as the seal does not last for a long period of time. The seal begins with applying it to a weapon, usually a sword. Every time the weapon connects with an enemy’s body or extension of their body a black mark resembling a tattoo of a chain will appear around a part of their body until there are six marks, one for each arm, one for each leg, one around the neck, and one around the waist. After all the marks appear the chains seem to come to life as they curl around the body then take physical form, pulling the victim’s limbs all the way out and opening their body up. The chains act as kinetic shock absorbers, all attempts at breaking the chain with pure physical strength will only repair current damage done to the chains and will strengthen them, breaking the chains can only be done through the exertion of chakra equal to that of an A-rank jutsu or to have an outside source assist in destroying the chains, otherwise the chains will disappear within 2 minutes. Each chain has an individual timer of 2 minutes, after all 6 chains appear the 2 minute timer resets and starts over.

Weapon Techniques
Style Of A Thousand Blades, C-Rank
Description: A sword style that focuses on versatility and the ability to change from one sword to another without missing a step or losing your place in the fight. Though the exact nature of this jutsu is technically kenjutsu it is often paired with a sealing scroll containing many weapons. The style’s teachings are likened to that of chess, one must be able to plan ahead for their next attack as the same sword is never used for more than three strikes in a row. Often the technique requires the user to surround the area in several weapons so that they may interchange easily throughout the fight, flowing like water and never lingering behind on single weapon. It takes a disciplined mind to use this style properly.

Blinded Blade, D-Rank
Description: A kenjutsu based around using every other sensory data but sight, the style was created as a counter to the Kirigakure hiding in the mist style. It teaches one to use their other senses just incase they are robbed of their sight, allowing them to fight blinded without much difficulty.

Doujutsu
The Eye of Jashin, A-Rank
Description: A dojutsu of sorts granted to loyal followers of Jashin, or otherwise known as the god of evil. This odd jutsu appears as a physical mark on a person, the mark of Jashin surrounding their pupil. What this jutsu does is allow the user to see chakra as if it were physical it also allows the user to determine what kind of jutsu another ninja is casting, the element of the jutsu (if any), and the rank of the jutsu they are casting, but it does not let them know the exact jutsu they are casting. For example if someone were to be in the midst of casting a fireball jutsu the user could tell that it was a fire style ninjutsu of B-rank, but not that it was actually the fireball jutsu. The jutsu's activation costs the most chakra, keeping the jutsu activated takes minimal effort but still drains a small amount of chakra until its deactivation.

History
Suraisu's family was originally from Kirigakure and were semi-famous mercenaries that had a decent reputation and solid amount of respect for their work and efficiency. They were also hardcore worshipers of Jashin, the god of evil. Were ever they went, whoever they were hired to kill, they did so with the utmost pleasure, leaving nothing but bodies and ruin behind. For a while they were all set until the arrival of the seven swordsmen. You see, the Kaze family was revered heavily for their skill with swords and mastery of Kenjutsu, rivaled by none. When the seven swordsmen came about they each grew a name for themselves very quickly, overshadowing the Kaze family and making them look weak by comparison. the Kaze family began to lose jobs, respect, recognition, and even their faith in Jashin. With nothing left to their name, the Kaze family declared war on the seven swordsmen and vowed to kill them on sight, for the first time the swordsmen banded together and demolished the Kaze clan. Due to the severe beating and shame of loss the Kaze clan had to relocate, the first place was Sunagakure, but them being the foreigners they were and there intense violent nature led them to bump heads with everyone and soon they were banished. Next was Konohagakure, but that lasted for an even shorter time as their belief in Jashin was shunned and earned them nothing but ridicule, forcing them to move on. Their final destination was Iwagakure. Iwa welcomed the violent nature of the Kaze clan and even adopted some of their techniques to train their army with, their religious views also were accepted and not ridiculed as long as the Kaze clan proved to be useful.

Suraisu was born and raised mostly in Konoha, she found herself the object of bullying quite often because of her families belief in such a violent god. The anger from the way she was treated was bottled up inside and used as fuel to improve herself and change the way the world saw Jashin. Unfortunately not only was she the victim of bullying in school but she was also the black sheep of her family for her views of her god. Suraisu didn't believe Jashin was a god of evil, in fact she believed he was quite a good god and that the Jashinist before her did nothing but throw mud on his name by committing heinous acts in his name. To her, Jashin was a god of death that punished the wicked and the vile, people who needed to die because they did so much wrong and were the true cause of evil. Radicals like a certain immortal murderer from the past gave Jashin a bad name and skewed the worlds perception of him. Regardless of her beliefs though, Suriasu was still trained in the way of the Kaze's. A very violent and brutal training regiment subjected Suriasu to harsh punishments such as regular daily beatings and whippings. She was taught to never show pain to her enemies and that fear was nothing more than a tool that should be harnessed to aid in the demise of foes.

By the time the Kaze clan had made the transition from Konoha to Iwa, Suraisu was about 12 years old and had already completed her training at the academy, becoming a genin, as well as completing her home training, leaving a distaste in her mouth for her family. during their migration though, Suriasu's family was attacked and she used the distraction to escape her family, winding up in Kumogakure. While in Kumogakure, Suriasu had a decent time, living by herself and training in a former family friend's dojo. She met a peculiar individual who peaked her interest but the two didn't click very well and often had violent interactions. This caused her to leave.

After two years in Kumogakure, Suriasu moved back to Konoha and stayed with her aunt for the next five years and picked up the trade of a blacksmith. A break from her normal life was good for her and allowed her to improve her social skills and repair her mental health a bit. Though the same individual from her past in Kumo came to Konoha one day and stirred up a flurry of emotions and trouble. Shortly after his re-inclusion in her life, Suriasu departed from Konoha and made her journey back to her family, now located in Iwagakure.

While she was in Iwa she continued to distance herself from her family, but in a more reasonable fashion, and focused on her training as a ninja. She received training by the shinobi of Iwagakure and the samurai of the land of Iron alike and became a mixture between a Samurai and a Shinobi, a perfect blend of discipline, honor, stealth, and precision. Specifically, Suriasu trained with a Samurai named Tetsuo, a man who became her lover for a time, but things fell apart when her devotion to Jashin was frequently questioned by Tetsuo and eventually led to a divide between the two of them. Throughout her life, Suraisu retained her faith and personal system of belief as well as a new code of honor that allowed her to identify those who were wicked. She spends most of her time as an executioner of Iwagakure, a perfect position to slaughter criminals in the name of Jashin and her village. When she isn't executing criminals a lot of her free time is spent drinking, flirting, fighting, and blacksmithing. Though she appears to be a fool once one gets to know her personally, it would be a grave mistake to think of her as anything less than dangerous.
