You can close a ticket by going to where you filed the ticket in the Help Center and in the bottom right click on the drop down, and choose Submit as Solved.

We checked and you filed your ticket in General Inquiry instead of Billing. The GI queue is much larger than and has a longer wait than the Billing queue. Anything to do with Gaia Cash should be filed to Billing queue We have gone ahead and alerted the Help Center to your ticket and gotten it moved to the correct place and to hopefully get your issue resolved A.S.A.P.

We're working on a header that will resize properly to mobile or tablet, and there will be some stylistic changes to that also. eek The forum mobile pages should also be ready next week. Those pages will look very different when on mobile.

Purchasing a Trading Pass:
This used to cost 500g. Now it costs 500p. That seems a little steep for newbies to the site just to be able to trade with other users.
Guild Announcements:
My guild has 72,000 members. It used to cost 15,632g to send a guild announcement to every members' PM inbox. Now it costs 15,632p, which is frankly a sum that is equivalent to $32. Essentially, I am now unable to communicate with all my guild members about up-coming events.
If you would take the time to resolve these matters, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

New user actually get 500P upon sign up, which is why 500P is the trading pass fee. If we charge less, then script kitties will start writing bots to create new accounts and funnel all money into one account.
I'll go in and change the guild fee, as it should be much lower. sweatdrop

yes we are still testing the new features and will be upgrading our servers to handle more people online. Currently only a hundred and fifty users will use up a whole Gigabyte of data (which one network card handles), so we need to do a lot of upgrading to let more Gaians to connect!

Flash and even html5 will stop running if they lose focus, i.e. switching to another tab. I can override in html5, but not flash

With the introduction of platninum, and the amount of bank that LK generates, is there any chance of getting rid of the cap on zOMG. Any chance of it dishing out more gold, or at least one part? A zOMG equivalent of sycamorts?
I don’t want to grind LK cry but I’ll gladly grind zOMG haha
+ if it became a signigant way to earn gold, I’m sure that would draw a lot of people back to it again.

I don't think 2 Shadow Orb drops would kill anyone, especially seeing how so many people had and still have the potential to buy level 12 rings off of MP. But maybe I'm wrong and it would mess up zOMG big time. rofl

In the inventory page I open the special tab, I have two pages, whenever I open something on the 2nd page and the page refreshes it reverts back to the 1st page and I have to scroll down again click 2nd page then scroll back up. Can it be changed so it stays on the same page after the refresh?

Can the feature for the default mouth items that we are able to pick from in our inventories be added into avatar builder for options as well? We need that access because its really hard to get right mouths and eyes for when we are ghosting avis for other people. I know their are mods. But a lot of the time when I use a mod someone has they don't like the mod oddly enough. So I feel we'd have better choices for the faces if the default options were available in Avatar Builder too. The same ones we can pick from in our inventory.

No, I usually either have to open a new tab or Rally or refresh the page completely
Well, that's a kettle of fish of another color entirely. Not sure what's going on but I'll jump onto towns and rally in just a bit and check it out.
