The bustling City named Oda, the area is heavily populated and filled with the most entertainment. Naturally, with any heavily populated area, crime is unavoidable here and as such, it is the second highest location populated by the Amakudari ( 天降り "descent from heaven" ). Overhead could be seen multiple railways that seemingly hover along with trains constantly riding them all throughout the area.
