Note: You can only get a post reduction if you are training in the academy / dojo. Unless stated in your profile that you can learn certain techniques (X) amount less post. Ex: Sigfried can learn Katon Ninjutsu (2) Posts faster, meaning he can learn any Katon jutsu no matter what rank (2) posts faster so instead of 4 posts to learn a Rank D he can learn the technique in 2 posts.

So when you go to train for a jutsu it has a rank, labeled E-S+, specified ranked jutsu are of a certain rank, with each different rank in jutsu it requires a certain number of posts to learn that jutsu or to advance in the next point of the Data Book, located on your characters profile. Now you may ask, what do you mean by it takes that many posts? Answer: You need to come up with said number of posts that contain five to seven sentences a piece of your character "training" to learn either a new jutsu or a specific training.
This next section is going to tell you how many posts it requires to learn that specific rank of jutsu / training.

For training, like say chakra, stamina and all Data book point increases; follow this table. Note: You can only do these twice per rank, you can train up your chakra and stamina both twice but for data book points you can only train for a single point twice per rank giving you a chance to raise one stat by two or two stats by one.
