Just a couple rules to abide by when making suggestions to the crew.
1: Follow the Gaia ToS at all times. (If you need to, please go read them.)
2: Do not make the same suggestion multiple times. A crew member will notice it soon enough.
3: Do not use a demeaning tone when suggesting an idea to the crew, we are less likely to take your post seriously and will more than likely delete it before responding to it.
4: Do not harass the crew. They are here to help you have the best experience possible. They will be less willing to work with someone who pesters or makes fun of them.
5: If someone tells you that we are working on the problem already or have given you reasons why it would not work, please consider the matter closed. Don't worry, we will consider all requests!
Note: All crew members will be expected to be as helpful as possible. If you feel you have been wronged or unfairly treated, quote another crew member. They will look over everything and decided if anything is wrong.
