I've noticed there are multiple tags for [animal] items. Paws, Paw, Pawstamp, Animal, that I can think of right now.
If you search "animal wings" "paws wings" "pawstamp wings" and "paw wings" you will see none of them give you the same amount of results. That's expected with "animal" but not with "paws" or "paw". It's just confusing to me, and not time effective because I need to search all the terms to make sure I'm not missing something. I don't get why there are so many different tags that mean one thing.

Pawstamp is the correct tag.
Paws and/or Paw are secondary tags to describe the base, similar to the Animal tag.

The reason there is no scissor for the human base ears is because,
unlike the animal base where the ears come as a separate file with separate layers,
the human ears are already pixeled into the head file as one piece.

If you check the Platinum Currency FAQ it says:
What if the Gold Shop price for the item I want is less than the current conversion rate?
The item will still cost one platinum. However, buying tokens and other cheap items in gold and then selling them back to the store for platinum, the sellback code will now grant the gold sellback value. Depending on the current rate, it might take more than one item being sold back before your platinum count goes up.
What about the other x amount I had?
The system still has that amount logged and will continue to add the smaller gold amounts to it should you ever decide to convert back.

You're getting partial gold. Sell a lot of the item and it'll fill the plat up to 1, but by then you'll earn a lot more from surfing the site. 3nodding

Have you guys considered using both platinum and gold? It wouldn't "fix" inflation so to speak but inflation would no longer be an issue. Just have it like almost nickels and pennies so to speak. So if you have 100,000,010 it would display as 1p 10g. Then gold shop items would still be affordable and the numbers for everything else would be managable. No one would lose their gold and it would avoid all of this nonsense switching around that gets so confusing.

Actually I think the longer term solution is to stick with one currency to avoid confusion. It's something I'll look into in the future.

I've filled a billing ticket, and have been refunded my money, but my ticket was closed without the items being given, despite the representative looking into my ticket saying that I would get them. I've followed the instructions in the Staff Notice and pm'd Jak Bauer, but haven't heard one way or another on it. I just want my items. gonk
They're generally granted when we finish the ticket, so if you don't see them it was probably an accident:
1. Either I didn't specify to grant the items.
2. We forgot to grant them in the course of granting the rest
We'll make sure that gets fixed up for you.

I'm not a developer so I can't say this with absolute certainty, but as far as I understand, the "death of Flash" is more that Adobe won't be providing anymore updates for it. Kind of like Windows XP, you can still use it, but Microsoft won't be updating it to secure any issues.
Additionally, as far as I understand, no browsers have gone on record stating that they're going to update their software to remove the capability of using Flash, just that it won't be automatically enabled and you'll have to enable it yourself. That, of course, could change, but I don't think I've heard anyone say that Chrome/Firefox would be doing it anytime soon.

I think when we were revamping the ignore list years ago we thought about this but ultimately decided against it because there was no negative and no way of them necessarily harassing you by buying your items.

While I understand the concept of supply and demand, putting a minimum on items hasn't really helped much, except push some prices higher.

While the goal for Platinum is to allow prices to come down and make the lower end items more accessible, no matter what we do, the sheer math of supply and demand for highly rare items will still be there. If there is a cap, then sellers will only sell items where their natural prices are close to the ceiling, and leave more precious items for trade only. Price control for non-commodity items in any economy is not a viable option unfortunately.

So, I had a user constantly favorite my avatars and I ended up putting this user on ignore.
However, it still shows when I go to my avatars that she still has my avatars on her favorites
and I can actually view her favorites as well, despite having her on ignore.
Is there a way to have it so we can not view those on our ignore list and if we put a user on ignore to automatically drop our avatars from their favorites?
I'll look into having ignore settings be applied to collections. Not sure if it's feasible as the feature is designed for the content viewer, not the target.

We usually try to have four to five people on board for ATS:
Jak, myself, Lanzer, codemonkey, and an artist if they are available.
When we get short staffed, we're normally down to two or three people and can't properly run an ATS, so we'll postpone in.

The highest I've ever seen it grant is ~200 Gold, which is really tiny considering Platinum is a thing now.
