If I understood your question right (what happens if two people ate the same fruit), I would say as option #1 that the one who eats his half (or the first bite) first, will get the powers, whatever they might be. But I have to mention that I've been thinking that question too. Option #2 is that they both get the powers, but that would be very unlikely to happen, since the powers come to the eater already from the first bite. For option #2 to happen, both of the eaters should eats their parts of the fruit at the exact same time, which is pretty much impossible. But of course, I might be wrong about this sweatdrop
And about this Blueno and the Doa doa no Mi aka Door-door fruit: one can not possibly be safe by making a door on water and "floating on it" or something like that. Just think of it:
Cement/rock wall + powers = cement/rock door
Steel wall + powers = steel door
So, water + powers = water door, which is basically useless, because the door would propably dissolve or something. The only way of surviving would be if one can use Geppou like Blueno. If not, you are pretty much screwed neutral

Gomu Gomu no Mi (English versions: Gum-Gum Fruit): Gives the user a body made of rubber.
Bara Bara no Mi (English versions: Chop-Chop Fruit): Allows the user to split their body into separate parts. Also gives them immunity to blades.

Kilo Kilo no Mi (English versions: Kilo-Kilo Fruit): Allows the user to change their body weight.
