I have found a legitimate reason for a logical Fairly Oddparents and Superman crossover.
But first, a bit about the realization of this crossover. If logic denotes, Da Rules is something similar to New Genisis' source of knowledge The Source and is from where all magic stems. And this would indeed make sense because Da Rules dictates why fairies have powers, so it is indeed logical that it is the source of that magic power. here is also evidence given through out the series and the movies that the Fairies did not in fact write Da Rules.
1) The fact that Jorgan (the highest fairy authority we know of) needs to look things up and therefore doesn't know them by heart.
2) The fact that wishes are granted to the dominant lifeforms of the Planet Earth, not just humans and other then when Bippy wished for a world of apes. Seeing as Jorgan had to summon the Master copy to let this fact be known, this means that fairy kind as a whole has existed since human kind was civilized.
3) Section P, subsection O, Amendment I, which says that if other then Fairies, Pixies are the only Magical beings on Earth when the children gain too much power they gain the magic granted to the Fairies from Da Rules. Why this Amendment was made is unknown, but it is obvious a Fairy didn't create it.
This all points towards the Fairies, the Pixies, their magic and Da Rules itself comes from a higher power.
Now, onto why the crossover can occur. The entire system set up by the rules seems hectic, chaotic and completely Irresponsible, it giving essiantially Omnipotence to Children, who would otherwise use it for self destructive means. We now come down to think, who would have this level of power and be that ******** up in the head to create such a system. Mr. Mxyzptlk. Now, you may say the whole charitble aspect of which children recieve this power is Un-Mxyish, but first we must go to the beginning of the FOP's universe.
In one of the character times Mr.Mxyzptlk grows bored of annoying Superman he created a new universe right before its big bang would occur, just to try out something new. Mxy then created an Omnipotent female entity with a similar personality as himself and nearly the same level of power, save Interdimensional movement. This newly created God was still at a lost of a sense of self purpose and asked her creator what she should do. Mxy took a long drag on his cigar, let out a cloud of smoke and said, "Do what ever I would do." and then proceeded to pop out of that universe, kick starting its Big Bang as he did so. For several millenia the new entity roamed its existence, but with no one yet existing to annoy with the her incredible power and lacking the common sense to just create people to annoy, she used his power to commit suicide, being so alone that she couldn't stand life anymore, thus creating the aspect of Death in the process. But though she died physically, Death was too new formed to even dream of attempting to reap her soul. So the beings body split into a small group of entities near where Earth would eventually be, The Head Pixie and an ancestor of Jorgan numbered among them. Her power, her a good deal of her personality and her logic then funneled itself into a physical form, becoming the Master copy of Da Rules. Skip ahead to present day in the FOP's universe. Because of a bad, stupid, childish wish (as usual) by Timmy, Superman and The Crimson Chin fight each other in Timmy's universe for the ten year old's enjoyment. This exhibit of massive power caught Mxy's attention and he finally remembers the one thing in the back of his mind he just couldn't remember. He is drawn to its source and recognized his handiwork and isn't too pleased.
And that's as much as I got so far. What do you all think?
