"Screw this piece of s**t!" The damn exo skeleton he was wearing had begun to short out due to a less than reliable source of energy causing every step to become agony rather than effortless bliss. As Zips Clamored to a stop he would literally test the ejection system a split second too early....{Fwoom!!! ((Disclaimer-Scenes of profane perverse and laced with a heapin helping of expletive nature follow}} Curses a plenty flew from the mouth of Zips as he would eject with violent forward momentum spiraling almost elegantly he snatched the ledge that had been used for cover and hoist up on his hands as a a tiny propelled creature brought out the wheel chair grumbling at his antics. Chuckling softly as he sat and Waited Zips began to pilot the skeletal suit remotely. shedding the shovel and the pincer claw. Settling back in as he prepared the auto pilot while still setting up. Taking a singular piece of rusted out pipe he would use the remaining strength in the battery pack to curl the corners creating a sled shield to which he switched the outboard audio to act as a 360 degree view through the one good eye that was not bandaged over giving him a screen within a screen to see both in front and behind as he rolled his neck and shoulders the Exoskeleton mirrored his moves exactly loosing a few pieces of scrap as it bobbed and weaved like a boxer before setting back up up right as if it had not moved at all.

"Synced with the Software Switching to full remote sequence"

-----------------proceeding with Digital Handshake----

With the final phase intitated the bot came to life of it's own accord without the aid of being directly hard wired into the host through a brainwave handshake ((Bluetooth on roids))..

Zips would then casually reach into the center of the salvaged automotive glove compartment/Dashboard mock-up to produce a lighter and package of what one could assume to be cigarettes as he would produce a lighter next before lighting and dragging calmly as he sniffed the air lightly the wounds still fresh in both body and mind even though they had been stitched.beneath shredded bedsheet bandages.turning two plates on the arms of the exo suit inward Zips made a sort of resting canopy with the hands as he felt the contamination of his home all around Extros had made a mess.

Hearing the Question Zips piped off with a reply figuring there was a way to assist.

"Turrets are trained on everyone here but him and I-" '

Taking a minute to chug the rest of his soda from the can Zips would throw the pop can with about 15% left to give weight before all the turrets in the immediate area leveled and fired on the pop can reducing the aluminum object to molten goop. which would immediately rapid cool to create a metalic bump on the earth.

Thinking he had fairly orchestrated his point with enough sincerity to make even jesus think twice he returned to wiring with a loud clang of his head against the underside of he plating. {Grumbling softly he would return to his scraply duties preparing for war but taking his mind from battle with one of his favorite hobbies Tinkering Working with the wiring he managed to get the back lighing for the digital read out of the dashboard to display the RPM's and MPH currently resting at Zero he gave a quick forward thrust of the booster for lift and saw the gauge jump on his wrist counter with a squeak of excitement he finished up pulling himself back up right. ((one of the perks about being a futuristic Lt Dan is you can fit into tight spaces))

The thought would make him chuckle as he twisted the accelerator before the mech launched upward in a 10ft jump straight vertical before coming back down with a thud.

"Sweeeet...."

Dragging out the keyboard from the side panel he brought up the CMND Window before inserting just basic cartridges labeled

---BOXING,EXE
- TECHNIQUE.EXE
- MOVEMENT.EXE

Each Cartridge was like a credited transaction which would require a redownload once they all had been used as 3 of the 6 uses had been spent reducing the counter on the Data Cartridge to read 3 Closing his eyes the back of the exo skeleton blinked 3x and each light again went dimmer but remained active as he closed his eyes with the shock of each completed upload causing him to lurch softly knocking his knuckles together the exosuit followed but this time completely independent acting as a shadow before boosting left then right giving the appearance of a floating step as Zips moved his torso in and out causing the mech to dip and dive with it's hands held in a defensive block.

"Lt Dan to Anti Birth incentive"

The radio call was supposed to be a joke between the two in fact it didn't really feel normal not to rag on one another even when facing .{CENSORED} odds like this as he spoke his voice came with a almost dark tone.

"Reading loud and clear defensive line is ready and raring to go..."..

Grasping the metallic wall of folded metal the exo-suit would begin advancing and placing itself in the rather large entry gap of the front gate and securing it down with brace mounts that could support up to 4,000 of forward tension and securing the pressure gauges to an air tank about the size of 10 standard propane tanks before bolting down hard into the ground as the mech took a knee and detatched from the wall it was now based with impact dampening armor so if something heavy enough tried to ram forward it would resist and push back whatever charged the front. Shuffling the clunky mech into place Zips breathed a small sigh before looking up at the sky trying to keep his mind clear and his instincts for battle calm. "All New born models retreat inside the bunker Veteran Droids Deploy IED strips along baseline fences and points of weakness facing toward the enemy"

The machines would beep in unison before they split off into seperate lines Tink taking point as he ushered all the new junk bots like children inside the bunker.

"LockDown the safe Tink keep the little ones safe...they dont have all your upgrades and bells and whistles but they're just as important" The little robot would give a maniacal cackle after giving a profoundly focused salute and picking up a chainsaw and with a quick improvise of two tiny clamps managed to pull start the machine to which he gave a few solid revs to show he understood.

Zips would laugh as the tiny robot came up with the emoji for embarassment before bounding off to go watch the monitors for outside intruders in places that their eyes could not see.

He was not one to sit tight and hide. He heard the sounds of a vehicle coming closer and turned his sights toward the source of the sound. Taking careful aim incase the being came with a threatening desire. He had amply trained himself in this cesspool of society and He knew when to pick his fights, and when to make peace. There were several others that came within hearing distance. Now it was likely he might have been able to take the new arrivals by himself. But in the sense of god faith they turned off their turret systems, though that might have just been because they noticed its directional tracking was being altered. He crawls at first still relatively trying to keep his presence minimal to prevent attention to be drawn to his location, he did not want them to see him, if they truly were a threat. He made his way down the back side of the junk pile he had hidden himself within. As he reached the bottom he fingers the trigger of his Ska’ar. He brings the scope to his face and gazes through it at the thermal shapes around the junkyard. He notes some slight thermal diffusion around the north eastern sector of the junkyard and proceed to circumvent the inner perimeter around a few rather large mounds of junk metal.

It was then that he heard it.The footfalls echoed carried by the mounds of junk around him making it very hard for him to denote which direction they had truly came from. He began to scour the junkpiles looking for a very particular sized piece of aluminum sheet metal. It was highly corroded, but when he finally found something that fit his criteria he began getting to work. The metal bent like putty in the hands of a toddler. He knew he had to move fast or risk discovery. He bends the metal into a cylindrical shape before tearing the sheet of metal in half as one would expect a piece of paper to be torn. He repeats the process and makes a smaller cylinder before inserting it into the first one. He makes about twenty of these pairs of cylinders joined as so each one about size inches long and two and a half inches across. Next he searched around for something that would be a whole lot more difficult to find It took him several minutes of searching through the junk before he was able to find a sufficient amount of a copper based metal. He began to work as he moved crumbling the copper into dust with his bare hands before slowly filling the larger parameter of the inner tubes with the copper powder.

He needed a few more ingredients one of which was a basic reagent of sorts; saltpeter or potassium nitrate, and charcoal, or a sugar of sorts. He began scouring what was around him as he headed toward the eastern side of the Junkyard. He managed to find a large collection of Avian deficants which would supply him with enough potassium nitrate for his purposes. He grabs the bird s**t in the handfuls and stuffs that into each of the inner tubes. He still needed a source of either sugar, or coal. He knew the furnace for the scrapyard was on the western side of the yard about a half mile away. It was not very likely he was going to find coal elsewhere. But also the path from where he was to the furnace covered the most flat ground and he did not trust to be within the open in a place like this. The sounds of footfalls grew louder and this time he could tell where they were coming from. It was not echos he heard earlier but rather that there were people coming from more than one direction. He had to improvise, and work fast. He makes his way over to a rusted out engine block and prays to himself as he wills the fuel cap open, some old gas based fuel still remained into the engine block and he smiles as he fills the outer tubes all the way up. He smiles as he was almost completed his back road creation.

He looks at the ground at his feet and noticed an ill shaped mount in the ground that looked loosely packed He presses his foot gently upon it and feels it slightly springy and an idea strikes him in that moment. He begins digging up the dirt around it with his hand seeing what was buried there as he was quite certain what it was as he had been wary earlier when his Fract’chur caused landmines to go off. He takes the plastic mine casing and begins very carefully removing the top casing exposing the glass gas container within. He begins placing the dozen metal cylinders around it before strapping it together with some scrap iron he found close by before placing the outer casing(the mine plate) back over top of the center of the mine before reburying it from where he dug it up. He was not stupid enough to blow his cover yet, though he could hear many feet around him. Lucky for him the metallic like skin he hand upon himself remained cool and cold, giving off only a slight thermal imagine if he was out in the open. He climbs up another higher pile of junk for some high ground to see what was coming. He pulls out one of his specialized clips and loads the eight other cylinders into it successfully arming his Ska’ar with smoke grenade rounds. Too bad he did not have the supply he was equipped within his lab here otherwise a nasty batch of nausea gas would be whipped up. He twists the bottom of his Etz Hada’as before speaking very quietly into it.

“Activate purgative Jugger-Naut Authorization code: Syo-equinox-delta-Libra-vex”

He then does something quite daring as the first few heads shadows of mutants were cast upon the pile before him. He twists one of the side portions of his box tuning it to a nearby frequency before speaking into it,

“You have been surrounded This facility has be armed with class IV weaponry stand down or be neutralized.”

He sure hoped the voice he heard earlier knew how to play along, cause otherwise it looked like everyone was about to be royally ********. He set his sights again watching the due south west of his position by his estimation the voices he heard earlier and the center of the scrapyards actual workers so to speak would have been about a 400 yard north east of him. He sure hoped they knew how to fight, cause from the sound of it they had quite a battle coming. He tooks careful aim and shot the first of his eight Gas grenade rounds he chose to shoot it toward the southern, and western parameter where he heard the most footfalls from. The second the canisters hit the ground the inner tube launched outward mixing the reagents together the combination of the fuel plus the violent shifting of the metal when it hit the ground caused it to spark up and produce tremendous amounts of smoke The color of which would be a rusted colored red, and the heat so sever coming off of them that the smoke would hold some of which more or less rendering thermal sights useless. The high level of metal powder he put into the mixture was for his own tactical benefit as he could see the metal in the clouds of smoke he would be sure when something was moving through it. A brilliant tactic of guerrilla warfare he had learned to utilize in this ******** up world, plus he found it very unlikely should something decide to breath in the smoke they would last very long metal powder into the lungs tends to be a rather painful experience that may not cause instant death, but the complications to breathing and motor skills would soon suffice that. The burning time for that canister would be about twenty minutes, as little as five, and at most as thirty. Hopefully the dumbasses who control this facility turn back on the turrets cause that would more than help him destroy the oncoming brigade of beings. Then again there is the others he might also have to deal with. He was getting too damn old to deal with this s**t, but he sighs and buries himself further in the junk waiting for a time to fire the next cannister.

Extros wheeled around to face the female voice, training his ion pistol on her while keeping the MODREV locked and loaded in case any more potential targets came bolting into vision. The crimson pistol whirred powerfully as Extros thumbed the safety off his gun and glared back at the other Karn only to be cut off by Kane's sudden announcement of incoming intruders to make the party more interesting.

"Son of a b***h!" Extros hissed angrily as it seemed he'd been played the fool as another voice cut in, shaking the very ground with volume and cut off his impending rant entirely, "Well s**t on me..... System protocol: wasteland reactivate. Defensive measures at full. Exclude targets Kane, Espio, Lt. Dan and Extros. Full power assault. It moves it dies."

The turrets clicked back into position as a dull wave of beeping flickered through the air as the mines armed themselves audibly beneath the loosely packed soil. Twenty mercenaries armed to the teeth spilled into view, their formation loose enough and scattered to make singling out a target far more difficult than it need be as Extros caught wind and ducked further behind his cover; dashing to a shadowy corner where his dark garb may provide a concealment until he'd had time to scope out the adversaries. The throng of enemies was constantly growing these days it seemed as he snapped his pistols into position while the dull 'thunk' noise of grenades being purged from their tubes filled the air. The assault cascaded randomly around as some grenades were blasted by the turrets while others made contact with the heaps of rusty metal scattered throughout the scrapyard, casting it into disarray with a variable explosion as a sickly acrid scent filled the air of tear gas mixed with the nose stinging scent of gun powder as the mutants showered the area with gas grenades as well as explosive, intending to end the battle quickly while those further back unleashed a hellish spray of suppressing fire to cause all but their own to withdraw as much as they could.

"Damn it!" Extros hissed as shrapnel cascaded down around him, tiny burning bits of metal slicing past him like minute razors, "You wanna play? LET'S PLAY!"

The Karnethian noble's empty eyes bloomed open with a black pupil as the blood lust of his people purged Extros of all but rage and intensity as a primal longing to feast upon the twisted flesh of the mutants filled his gut with an everlasting hunger. His eyes darted around toward the mutants as the outer fringes moved in formation, placing themselves behind a scrap heap as Extros had done to meet any who wished it in close range combat, the targets had given him the exact opening he needed. Extros holstered his pistols as he crept toward two of the outer soldiers armed with ion pistol and saber each. Midway toward his prey he wrenched a large steel pipe from its place among a scattered pile of debris, roughly three feet in length with a jagged end and suitably coated in rust. The blood lust had far forsaken his rationale as Extros cooly walked up to the creatures who'd dared to invade as they trained their ion pistols onto the hungry Karn murderer.

"In the name of The Dreaded One, I offer up these souls. May the feast be pure..." Extros prayed as the mutants began unloading the deadly ion blasts into the sadistic bounty hunter, the heated plasma searing and bubbling his hardened skin as it ate away his cloak and top as they sought to incapacitate and kill. His hair scorched and his hardened skin blistered as Extros continued his march, pipe still in hand as the bloody hunger of his people kept him moving forward. "In the name of Erebus I pray, non omnis moriar."

The mutants stood before him with blades raised though visibly shaken as the karnethian approached with only a pipe in hand with burns of hot slag scored across his flesh. The vicious image was nothing short of nerve wracking as they holstered their spent pistols and rushed him with their blades aloft. Even though the wages of war blared around him all had grown silent for Extros within his mind as the blades came soaring toward him from two angles, one for his throat and the other for his legs. The reflexive actions he'd enhanced with the exoskeleton did more than anything for him as he skipped back just an inch beyond the blades only to be met with a follow up attack of cleaving slashes coming at him once more. They were good, however a mercenary far lacked the finesse of an assassin or a bounty hunter, utilizing raw power over capability. Extros ducked to the side as the two blades crossed in the air, the jarring connecting unsettling their users as a black gloved hand shot around the wrist of one and squeezed with just enough force to dislocate the wrist and cause the mutant to drop his sword to the ground. The other did not even hesitate as he rushed Extros again in a full on charge of desperation only to have his wounded comrade swung in between them while the agonized mutant was still attempting to figure out what all had just happened as he was yanked around by the wrist and run through as he was made into a meat shield. The other mutant wrenched his blade free but before the body could drop a powerful knee was delivered to the now dying one's abdomen that sent him stumbling back into the living merc who had pulled his weapon free. As the still living victim pushed his fallen compatriot away the diversion had worked fluidly as a malicious cackle filled the air between Extros and the mutant soon followed by a whistling sound as the metal pipe in Extros' hand came ripping through the air and directly into the temple of the mutant, causing him to stumble back as the impact rattled his very spine beneath the helmet he wore. The hungering karn again swung around and smashed the mutant in the skull while the invader attempted to steady himself giving no time to react between the concussive blows and ear splitting 'clang' as the pipe met his dome repeatedly.

"Oh mister mutant, you shouldn't have wrapped my present, you know how excited I get when I get to take the wrapping paper apart!" Extros howled gleefully as each word was punctuated with a solid blow until the mutant dropped to the ground no longer able to stand.

The searing pain of his flesh only fueled his fire as the bounty hunter kicked his victim's helmet loose and exposed the grotesque features of the mercenary. As the mutant lay prone he gripped his sword as if to swing only to have his entire arm pinned by a thick black boot as the metal pipe was thrust through his eye socket. The creature at Extros' mercy twitched uncontrollably as the jagged rusty pipe was twisted into his brain before laying still as he took his last breath.

"I don't care who you are. If you're helping, fight, if you're here to die I'll be with you in a second." Extros said into his mouthpiece as he heaved a breath and took cover once more, awaiting new prey to enter his spiderweb while the audio system projected his message to the entire scrapyard.

The turrets had become a godsend in those moments as their own fire pushed the mutants back, stopping a good portion from coming too deeply while the mines made it a desolate breeding ground for death. While many had been detonated by the first wave of explosives and sweeping fire a good few had picked off three more in the crossfire. His stomach rumbled unhappily as the desire to feed on the carcasses surged through him but there was no time now, they would need every spare moment if they were to take this onslaught down.

Espio dipps out of the car and behind a junk pile with only a slight sound of the click of a car lock indicating so. He pulls his M1911 from his holster, pulling back the slide, he comfirms theres a round in the chanber. The slide clips silently back into place and he nods to himself, he was ready for what every might come next. he could just see the pile where the karn had moved and he could hear the snark remarks comming from the wall a few meters behind. There was a palpable tention in the air, someone was going to die today, he only hoped he picked the side of the survivors.

Kayne looked at the people around him. They were capable but sloppy. Gritting his teeth he drew his 2 powerful handguns and rise above his cover to fire. Then suddenly.... He saw nothing. Darkness. He stood confused and spun around, raising his weapons... His weapons? Where were they? His hands empty.

"WHAT THE ******** IS GOING ON HERE?!"

Kayne's body hit the dirt floor with a wet thump, a stump where his head use to be. His limbs twitching. Grey matter and skull all over the wall behind the now dead body, tongue sliding down the wall slowly.

Shifting her pitch black eyes only slightly, she can hear the sounds of footsteps in tandum. But not all together. As though some had moved off from the main group. Her first thought, well s*** darlin. Lets get this party going. With a quick grin crossing her face she turns away from Extros and moves back behind the cover that she had been behind to begin with. Once she does, she hears his words across the scrapyard and frowns a bit. Shrugging her shoulders, she shifts her body, and pulls her rifle from her back.
Kneeling down, she makes quick work of changing out the barrel from the auto to a sniper. Slamming the short style clip into place, she takes a deep breath and hopes to god Extro's doesn't take this as a sign she is attacking him. Hearing the blasting noises, she keeps her head lowered, not willing to take the chance that it might be flash bombs, and losing her night sight. Again she can hear the others moving around, and simply muted them out. Most of them had paid her no mind, and so she intended to stay out of their line of fire. Just in case, of course.

A soft snicker came from her as she heard Extro's, and knowing her kind, knowing that the start of the hunger she felt began with his first kills. Bracing her elbows onto a small junk pile in front of her, she looked through the scope attached to the barrel. Well, well, come and play with us little ones. Been sometime since I have had any challenge, she thought. Rising from her place, hoping to who ever might be listening that those d**n turrets didn’t shoot her, she began to move from her place closer to where the mutants entered.

Without being shot, she kept moving. Staying behind cover and moving further away from the others. Not having been around another Karn during battle, but knowing how her hunger was, she felt it best to keep more distance between her and Extros as the battle began. Two mutants leaped out in front of her, and she cussed slightly as she had missed them entirely. One short sword went sweeping past her face as she leaned backwards an inch, missing the blade aimed for her face. With a swift round house kick, she knocked the one back and hissed slightly as the shots fired from the other seared through her coat. "Son of a b***h.. I really liked that coat to." Taking more fire on her torso and arms, she stepped toward the offending critter and casually backhanded it with her free hand.

Shifting the rifle back onto her back, she leans down and pulls her eight inch boot knife out, and spinning she runs the blade into the neck of the mutant she had kicked when it tried to sneak up behind her. Hearing it gurgle for breath she grins as the blood poured from its mouth. Turning back, the blood lust clear on her face now, the mutant in front of her tried to turn and run. Stepping forward quickly she kicked out low, aiming for its knees. Breaking the knee cap, she snags its shoulder before it can fall forward and yanks it backwards. Stepping onto its arms, she pushes her feet down, almost purring as she hears the bones break. Leaning down the yowls of the small critter meaningless to her as she quickly drives her knife into its ear, and twisting it. Watching as the light faded from its eyes, before she pulled her short sword free. Some close combat seems in order, she thinks as she moves away from the two lifeless bodies left behind as her jaws tingled some from the hunger slowly growing in her.
